When my mom had to take my son to the ER and I couldn't be there with them. Thanks to this app, I was able to read the visit summary and view lab results as soon as they came back. The ability to quickly attain this information allowed me to make informed decisions about his care. I really like that I can link accounts, having my family Heather records all in one spot is convenient and makes life a little easier. Over all, it's a great app!
Whose brain fart caused the payment method to be removed from my account?? I try to pay a bill and I have no payment method! And, what dumbass thought it would be a good idea to NOT provide for adding a payment method unless you're paying a bill?? If it's in there, it's not obvious. Reminds me of another product that the designers never used in the real world.
My visit with a doctor on Tuesday went very well. I was diagnosed with pneumonia and the doctor asked me to come back in one week after prescribing a bunch of medication. I went to the app to schedule that appointment and it just goes in circles and never comes to a place where I can actually schedule that appointment. YOU CAN DO BETTER.
I used to love this app because it was always easy to navigate and very clear, but since updating on 2/15/23 it constantly crashes. I have a message from my provider that I can't access at all, and I can't pull up any of my after visit summaries. I'm waiting on important info, so now I have no idea how I'm going to access my portal.
What's really troubling is this isn't an ordinary app you can just play around with, it has to do with your medical situations. It should work, in the first place, and it should work smoothly and quickly. The current app does not work consistently, if you're lucky, every once in a while you'll be able to see the messages your Dr sends you. If you're lucky, the app will possibly work appropriately, it's really a huge problem. Wellspan is all about money, not health.
WTH happened to your app??? Ever since the "update" I don't see my team of doctors and only TWO show up when I try to make an appointment. So I try to go through the "what kind of appointment do you need" route & it ends up saying you can't make the appointment...I mean SERIOUSLY???? I thought this was to help free up the offices so they aren't on the phone making appointments all damn day? It is annoying and completely useless now, well done.
When there is a bubble saying number one on my WellSpan app and I go on to it and there's no way I can get the bubble off so I keep thinking I have an appointment. This is a pain and instead of having all these cute little pictures make it a little easier for older people to use! I should not have to update my information every month I should only have to update it if it changes and I will let you know when it changes instead of being prompted for no reason.

Like most mobile phone apps, there was a learning curve, but after completing, it was worth the effort. It's nice to have ready access to MyWellSpan portal when I'm on the go. However, when I am required to use the portal for more involved procedures, I prefer using my laptop or PC that have a larger screen and keyboard.
