It was all good upto now a Great n wonderful app. But right from 6hrs straight. When I was dailing its saying that "your account is being used. Sorry!!". Then after the call was going disconnected. Please resolve this I have $1 more still in my balance. Please hear me ASAP!! Thankyou.

WARNING APP NO LONGER WORKS AT ALL DOES NOT MAKE PHONE CALLS WARNING TO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT DOES NOT WORK. Will not make any phone calls anymore. "sorry your account is being used please try again later." I have not been spamming or calling numbers repeatedly at all just normal calling this is totally unacceptable for a phone calling app and they won't let me into the old lap app to get my phone recordings they locked me out of the old app on the last update and they won't give me my recordings back screw this whole fllucking company. If I could slice their throats I would all praise to Allah.

They have a very good scam going on! Came up with a clever albeit stupid reason to not refund. I tried to use # to sign up to Whats App. Number already on WA and can't be used! Immediately I ask for refund to ensure the refund. They say because I "USED" number they "can't" refund. You really do laugh through the anger 😄 I did NOT use number to call anyone or anyone called me. Your # failed on whats app bro so how was your number used?! DO NOT PURCHASE FOR WHATS APP!

I cannot add more costs in order to subscribe for the service! Transferred $20, need to add more - no success. Can someone help? Any customer service???

Warning: This app is a total scam! I paid, and they blocked my account after payment without any reason.They pretend to offer support but it’s just for show. Please don’t waste your money — report them to Google if you’ve been affected too.

I'm so damn sick and tired of constantly running out of minutes on the middle of A call. I watch videos 2 get more minutes, but after A while, I try 2 watch more videos and I get A message saying, video is not ready, when the damn thing says watch.

I purchased & it doesn't work, so I wrote asking for a refund. They replied straight away telling me my balance (??). I wrote back asking for a refund for the SECOND TIME and they blocked my address, so I cannot write to them again. Whatever message I send them, comes back as undeliverable. They replied here with an email address which doesn't work, as I'm still blocked. Stay away people, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! Also calls are actually very expensive when compared with Yolla. Tons of intrusive ads!

From the Looks of most of the reviews, I might be in the minority who really loves this app!!! I've been using it for years. Yes, it's not free... but you literally can call whomever from any part of the world!!! I have family and friends all over so, no problems so far. Note: I have this app on my iPad, not sure if that makes a difference.

I have been using this app for months now. Was working very good but its been hanging or crashing for the past 1 month. My data signal strength way beyond good and runs on 4g. Yet it hangs on connection then just crashes. Fix it if you don't want to keep loosing customers. The administrators aren't responsive either.

Over $50 of missing credit. I subscribe to the service several years ago and then decided to add $50 on to my account so that I could make calls. The next time I logged on my account credit was zero! I contacted customer service and attached the PayPal receipt, but after several emails they deny any responsibility. Please just use a reputable VOIP like Google voice!

Verified phone number. Verified email (Gmail) Google Play recharge switches to another Google account at the moment of paying. Screen captures works in the app except it doesn't for this screen displaying payment and email. Phone calls interrupted several times after about 50 seconds

it crashes on samsung S6, and new S10plus. i tried it for few weeks and found it ok. Recently I paid some money to buy credits and then the app crashes every time. I feel it works well as long as you try. Once you pay for it, it starts crashing. I reported it more than a month ago about crashing on S6, so far no response.

with your latest update I can't open the app. still cannot open the app with update from December 22, 2018. two updates in a row cannot open app. you didn't fix this bug!!!!!! this app is totally broken. latest update, Jan 7, 2019, app still closing on me. worked the first time I opened it, never again. needs a thorough looking into.

The call shows that it's connected with the timer running. And all I could hear is some static noise. But the other person never really received the call on their end. The app simply faked a call and deducted credits for the call. This has happened on multiple occasions. Even when the other person had the mobile switched off and had no call diverts or voicemail activated.

For quite a long time it worked pretty well and there were no ads at all. With the latest version there are all kind of anomalies. I am not looking to make free calls or send free messages. Just better rates than what the phone company offers. It can't find my contacts by name if I want to send a PAID message . Why? They claim ZERO ads in their FAQs. All kinds of stupid ads are popping up. Why? From a real good 4.5 star app it has degenerated to a ZERO star one. Unfortunately 1 is the minimum I have to grant for my opinion to be listed.

Please can you bring back buying dollars with (MOMO) without number verification. you don't accept my country number that make it difficult for me to buy dollars and use the app. it will be more useful if you can let buy dollars without number verification. email verification is okay or you make the phone number verification available in all countries. Thank you. I will be using the app once you regulate this problem. thank you once again

UPDATE...I got a really quick response from the help desk and my issue was resolved in record time !! Gotta say this is a great app, I love using it ! love this app, but as of today when I open it I get a banner that covers the whole screen telling me about buying another phone number. I cannot make it go away to get to the call screen.... HELP !!!

The app seems to not allow recharging more than 2 USD with Paypal and the minimum to subscribe to a US number is 2.5$..:))). Cannot charge, so you cannot buy number. This seems to be a scam. If it's not it is certainly acting like one...maybe client service can explain why after the first 2$ charge, the Paypal link says that "it cannot be used now"....😡🤬

Great app. U can actually use it for free to make calls from your own cell number from another device when u don't have your cell around. You can also get a new number from them if you don't have your own number or you don't want to use your real number. They also have subscription options that are really cool and affordable.

( Suggestion bring back app where users could call free in usa to usa with lots of constant quiet ads playing in the background ) —⭐A...CANT HAVE LONG CONVERSATIONS BECAUSE its very expensive to. And...B...youll have to watch several minutes of long ads just to get a 1 minute phone call. C...1min.talk time cost too many credits. —⭐TOO EXPENSIVE, its much cheaper to buy a new phone from the store that you can pay monthly for. —⭐THE ADS ARE DISRUPTIVE / LONG
