It was all good upto now a Great n wonderful app. But right from 6hrs straight. When I was dailing its saying that "your account is being used. Sorry!!". Then after the call was going disconnected. Please resolve this I have $1 more still in my balance. Please hear me ASAP!! Thankyou.
WARNING APP NO LONGER WORKS AT ALL DOES NOT MAKE PHONE CALLS WARNING TO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT DOES NOT WORK. Will not make any phone calls anymore. "sorry your account is being used please try again later." I have not been spamming or calling numbers repeatedly at all just normal calling this is totally unacceptable for a phone calling app and they won't let me into the old lap app to get my phone recordings they locked me out of the old app on the last update and they won't give me my recordings back screw this whole fllucking company. If I could slice their throats I would all praise to Allah.
They have a very good scam going on! Came up with a clever albeit stupid reason to not refund. I tried to use # to sign up to Whats App. Number already on WA and can't be used! Immediately I ask for refund to ensure the refund. They say because I "USED" number they "can't" refund. You really do laugh through the anger 😄 I did NOT use number to call anyone or anyone called me. Your # failed on whats app bro so how was your number used?! DO NOT PURCHASE FOR WHATS APP!
I cannot add more costs in order to subscribe for the service! Transferred $20, need to add more - no success. Can someone help? Any customer service???
Warning: This app is a total scam! I paid, and they blocked my account after payment without any reason.They pretend to offer support but it’s just for show. Please don’t waste your money — report them to Google if you’ve been affected too.
I'm so damn sick and tired of constantly running out of minutes on the middle of A call. I watch videos 2 get more minutes, but after A while, I try 2 watch more videos and I get A message saying, video is not ready, when the damn thing says watch.
I purchased & it doesn't work, so I wrote asking for a refund. They replied straight away telling me my balance (??). I wrote back asking for a refund for the SECOND TIME and they blocked my address, so I cannot write to them again. Whatever message I send them, comes back as undeliverable. They replied here with an email address which doesn't work, as I'm still blocked. Stay away people, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!! Also calls are actually very expensive when compared with Yolla. Tons of intrusive ads!
From the Looks of most of the reviews, I might be in the minority who really loves this app!!! I've been using it for years. Yes, it's not free... but you literally can call whomever from any part of the world!!! I have family and friends all over so, no problems so far. Note: I have this app on my iPad, not sure if that makes a difference.
I have been using this app for months now. Was working very good but its been hanging or crashing for the past 1 month. My data signal strength way beyond good and runs on 4g. Yet it hangs on connection then just crashes. Fix it if you don't want to keep loosing customers. The administrators aren't responsive either.
Over $50 of missing credit. I subscribe to the service several years ago and then decided to add $50 on to my account so that I could make calls. The next time I logged on my account credit was zero! I contacted customer service and attached the PayPal receipt, but after several emails they deny any responsibility. Please just use a reputable VOIP like Google voice!
