so far so good. love the book that I'm reading. wish they gave more free coins then they do. and only thing I hate is that to buy the coins are expensive and you don't even get that many

Everything was great until I got 8-12 Chapters into a book, and then I couldn't unlock the next chapter by watching ads. To go further, it would require a purchase. Therefore, I deleted the app. Such a loss.

beautiful novels quite expensive and not much source of coins as bonuses. It's all points. but what can you do with it? I just hope they could give more bonus coins besides the check ins. it sucks. . uploading a review screenshot never worked. something is wrong with this app.

Fascinating. I love the different stories that I read each day. Waiting for the refill can be annoying and I believe that the price can be too high. I have paid for a week and only received a couple hours which is frustrating. if that could be fixed it would be great

Interesting e-reader app. the story, so far, is properly edited. interesting spin on divorce dynamics & rebirth. although, writing this review should be rewarded with 50 coins. the problem is that the app isn't allowing the upload of the screenshot proof. additionally, the help chat was not able to help resolve the issue.

I spent $5 and purchased 500 coins twice and it wouldn't let me have them. Tried the chat support option, it wouldn't do anything, emailed them 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything about it. There are way better reading apps out there that don't charge or require coins to unlock chapters, like readict. Don't waste your time or money for shoddily written stories with this app. *edit* over a month later they finally reply to my review. but not my emails. Annie on the app is useless.

This app has interesting and catching stories. I am currently reading three books simultaneously. The queen returns is a very catching story. I am impressed with the storyline of most of their stories. My one regret at this app is the opportunity to get coins is very limited. You can only get coins through login and you get points for everything else. Points that you can only exchange for coins once a day and they also have a limit to how many coins for the exchange. Good but not Great. I wish that the book chapters were more easily accessible without having to pay out of pocket. I also wish they would do a complete transfer to free point, what is 60 pts a day going to do? It buys maybe 2 chapters and then there is nothing left for that day unless I find a free book that I find interesting but then you get sucked into another book and your library starts getting stacked up with book you will probably never finish. The books are good, some are really good.

UPDATE: I recently had to get a new phone. I've been unable to recover my account. I have reached out to customer service, with no response. This is extremely frustrating. I was halfway through the book I was reading, that I have spent a lot of money on. 1 star now. I really enjoy this app. There a lot of books and genres to choose from. I would give it more stars, but I feel that it should not be so expensive to purchase coins/chapters. If it weren't for that I would definitely give it 5 stars.

The stories are ok but it is definitely one of the more expensive reader apps. I also noticed it's a bit deceiving. The price of the bulk downloads change to a higher amount for less chapters. For 333 chapters it was 1000 but then after purchasing coins, it jumped up and now for 222 chapters it almost 14000 coins. Just anyone interested - be a bit cautious.

The app is freezing, the stories won't load, and when I contacted customer service, they kept telling me to do what I had already done before contacting them. The app is already updated, my cache is clear from my Google, to the apps cache. I don't know what else to do. I have un-installed and reinstalled. Nothing else can be done on my part. This is annoying. It won't even accept my payment and I have money in my account.

I love this app. Gives a bunch of different and awesome stories. The only problem is unlocking new chapters cost way too much coins. I've downloaded other book apps and even though they don't have as much books to choose from they only charge like 3-10coins per chapter.... not 40+ per chapter to unlock. I really love this app but I can't give it 5 stars just yet. I don't have the money to just casually drop like $50+ just to be able to read a few books.

It costs to much to read books on here. I live paycheck to paycheck and can't afford to buy the amount of coins that it costs to unlock chapters. It takes checking in 3 days to unlock 1 chapter. I would understand making us watch ads to unlock chapters but this is ridiculous. There are too many free apps to read off of to go through this hassle. Really got hooked on a book but I'm just giving up and I'm going to uninstall the app at this point.

I don't like to write bad reviews, but this I had to. All the books are a great read. BUT!! Would have loved to give it 5 stars, but my God it's costly. Grabs your interest 5 stars. Length of chapters 2 stars. Costs 😱 😱 . I love reading and I sometimes got so caught up in the plots that I kept paying for it without realizing that I had already paid over $100 and can't get to the finished any of the books. It seems like they are 6 books in 1. The twists and turns just got too much for me.

Good app, bad customer support. The app built in support doesn't help and if you email the customer service team, they never respond back. I would like to rate with more stars, but the app development support team doesn't respond back to any communications, I can't overlook that. The main issue is I had to reinstall the app after a factory reset and when I go to login, it just tells me, email is already bound to another account.

I am enjoying a book right now, but there are like 600+ chapters and you have to pay for every chapter. When your broke and can't afford to pay, it's frustrating beyond believe. I have been reading the same book for months now. I'm about to give up on it. It's like 28 coins in order to read a 3 page chapter. I will not be doing this again. A much smaller fee with Kindle Unlimited is a better choice.

App does not work properly. You're supposed to be able to watch videos for free coins, but that option doesn't work. I'm unable to try for any bonus points as well. The area to spend MONEY works just fine, so I know the issue is not on my end. The story I'm enjoying, but the app problems are too annoying to keep messing with. App will be deleted - too many other options to waste my time with this.

Started reading a book off a Facebook app while stuck in emergency room for 3 whole days. Downloaded and subscribed. Loved the books but the cost is ridiculous for such short chapters. Now I have asked for directions on how to unsubscribe, and was sent instructions to click on things I cannot even find or navigate on app. It's impossible to unsubscribe. I have emailed now and hope to hear back. Don't do it!!!!! Honestly it's sad cause there's so much potential if it was user friendly.

So far, I can't seem to get past the chapters I read for free. First, I couldn't get to Ch 6, and then when I did, and read a few more chapters, I lost the book entirely! UGH! While I was in the free chapters, I paid $20, but never got any credit for it. I never got any coins. Then , in order to continue reading, I paid $4.99, or whatever it was. What kind of a racket are you running? Chapters cost too much, and too many chapters! And you have unfinished books! Ridiculous!

I have had many hours of enjoyment readings until I began having pop ups. My IT suggestion was to uninstall all reading apps. I did so and lost over $900 from different reading apps. I apologize to you as it wasn't the reading apps that were causing the problem. I have since reinstalled some of the reading apps. but lost all the books that I enjoyed. up date I have since reinstalled the Reread app. To my surprise, all my books were there, but I lost my coins. You can't have everything .
