Update: 9-12-18 This app is a very quick and easy way to send money. I appreciate the ease and speed. No issues with early logout once the receiver is set-up. .......... The refresh rate to log-out is too short. They ask for phone number and email address. In the few short minutes it took for each of them I was logged out. I had to start all over. Other than that -- it's a great little appt. First time user.

App wouldn't let me send money with either of my cards, and kept declining transfers. I checked my info multiple times and everything was correct. Claimed to send money "in minutes" but when I contacted customer service they told me it could take hours. After multiple attempts to send money through this app, I am going to have to find another way to get the money where it needs to go. This urgent matter could have been dealt with more quickly by other means.
You ask me to rate your app 3 seconds after the transaction, I don't rate anything until the transaction is completed, so for your arrogant persistent pestering, I will rate you a 1, I would rate you zero if the option was available, not to mention your outrageous fees on my end and another 18% on the receivers end! Highway robbery is what that's called!!!!

This app doesn't work. I've tried all day to send money, and the app keeps repeating error codes. I called my bank bc I thought it was probably fraud protection. Next, I called Western Union's customer service line. They outsource their call center employees, which is unsettling when dealing with personal banking info. Even after multiple phone calls and multiple issues "resolved" the app still never worked.

Check out payoneer!!! Western union is a total scam APP. They don't allow you to repeatedly send money to foreign friends without going physically into a store, waiting in line and showing ID. Oh, and customer service makes excuses about why they can't help you and how your account can't be fixed so you can send online again. Transfer money faster like their ads say, be sure you don't bother with this app, or this company! Payoneer ALL the way!

Un-installing the app as it has no more use for me. Several transfer requests were declined without explanation. I tried five times. Every time I had to wait for hours just to get a declined notice. I checked the info several times for correctness. Customer service was totally useless. They even got nasty at times which I do not appreciate. Finally had it. Found a different service, less expensive, much better conversion rates, and easy to use.

It does what it needs to do. I'm finally rating it so it'll stop popping up. There are annoying ads at the end of every transaction thus the low rating, plus the CONSTANT prompt to rate the app. It could be easier to use. I should be able to easily select a past contact but I can't. And it is truly unhelpful there. Please fix this so you don't have to totally reenter someone's information you've sent to before, if you're sending a different amount.

if I could give negative stars, I would. I'm not so disappointed with the app as I am with customer service. I'm having a issue with the transfer and was just told that it may take 20 to 40 days to get it resolved. I'm very disappointed with Western Union. I'm going to try a different service to send my money. if I were you, I'd find alternatives.

The app works BETTER and faster than the website! The biggest complaints I have is that it is very very annoying that unless you pay close attention, you will have your credit card information SAVED automatically! Then in much smaller print it says not now!!! This is sneaky and poor practice! I suggest you simply put a check box where you can choose to save or NOT SAVE your information! Second, the app won't store your password. I have to create a new one every sign in!!!please FIX!!!
