This app will absolutely drain your battery faster than you can say whatnot. It's ridiculous how this one app not only consumes a crazy amount of data but also makes your device incredibly hot, almost dangerously hot. I'm using a Fold 6, which has 2 batteries, so I could imagine using a standard device. I give it 3 stars because of the accessibility to purchase different stuff from a variety of people. Optimize this app.

I really love this app. The community on here is amazing. I also really enjoy the giveaways and it's a great place to find collectibles. Unfortunately, It also has major problems. My account has been flagged for over a year for no reason and I can't get support to fix this for me. The sellers aren't trained well and I constantly see them breaking the law and taking advantage of people. Whatnot does very little to stop it. I often receive damaged items due to the seller packaging them poorly.

occasionally you can find a good deal, but the shipping amounts are out of control for larger items, like a vacuum... nearly $70, just to ship a vacuum?!?! Also, I've bought multiple items from one seller and they ship all the items in one box, but have never been reimbursed shipping I was charged for each individual item. The sellers all say Whatnot sets the shipping, so if that's true, that's the reason I am giving the app only 2 Stars. I'll raise it if these shipping issues are corrected.

I love Whatnot's selection of products. You can find almost anything at a good price if you take time to shop around. Most sellers are very helpful. Delivery charges are reasonable and fast. I have purchased many things. There was a problem with 2 items and Whatnot refunded my money. There are only a couple of things I find negative. it is easy to spend too much and some seller personalities are negative. Watch you spending!

You can purchase things and it's fun at first but the more issues you have with orders even if it's justified they will start to flag you and block you from trying to return things that are damaged or wrong items. They outright denied me when I paid for a limited edition item and received a simple item instead. They favor the sellers for sending wrong items and then flag you if you try to return damaged or wrong goods that were not reported in the livestream.

The app works well and it runs pretty smooth. More clarification on shipping and shipping cost is all over the place and getting more expensive. Some sellers say free, then your paying shipping, b/c it's free after you win 6 auctions. Showing total cost on purchase tab. New update took away purchase tab with in the auction so you can't see what you bought during the auction, only shows sold tab. As a seller it would be nice to be able to see names of who is watching your stream.

SELLER BEWARE Do not unbundle any order to move an item to another box of other items. only unbundle if an item must be in its own box. You are charged each time you do that, and it is VERY EXPENSIVE, and they will not refund you even if, in the end, you have fewer boxes than the start. support is incredibly unhelpful. Overall, poor notification of charges and poor function shipment page. Last time I'll try to save my buyers and whatnot on shipping costs. Asinine is what that is.

It's awesome! Not gonna lie! You can actually find some really good deals on here. It's kinda hit and miss vendor wise, as far as them tryin to run up prices, but I've already found plenty of vendors that have their whole store of products at amazing prices. I mean.... it's mainly supposed to be an auction app right? I always get turned off when yu go to an auction and buyers or vendors are runnin up the prices. People don't go to an auction to pay full price for things! They go for the deal! 👍

The bids on some shows go WAY too fast, and it is impossible to know how much you are bidding. You see the words "bid responsibly" all over the place, but how can you even do that? I thought I was bidding $12, and the next thing I knew, I had a $38 charge on my card. I requested a cancelation immediately, but the repose from sellers is slow. What not says that you can not cancel after the seller ships... But who knows if the seller will even see it. After resolution this app is deleted.

love it as a platform, but the app has a lot of bugs that need attention. I am a viewer not a seller. The app frequently has hiccups for the user, examples: the stream will suddenly have no sound, the stream will be stuck on the show poster and won't play the actual stream, the stream outright freezes, you try to bid and nothing happens, maybe more I'm forgetting. You have to exit the app and reopen and it'll be fixed; you can tell by the chat it's not on the streamer's end but the users.
