This app will absolutely drain your battery faster than you can say whatnot. It's ridiculous how this one app not only consumes a crazy amount of data but also makes your device incredibly hot, almost dangerously hot. I'm using a Fold 6, which has 2 batteries, so I could imagine using a standard device. I give it 3 stars because of the accessibility to purchase different stuff from a variety of people. Optimize this app.

I really love this app. The community on here is amazing. I also really enjoy the giveaways and it's a great place to find collectibles. Unfortunately, It also has major problems. My account has been flagged for over a year for no reason and I can't get support to fix this for me. The sellers aren't trained well and I constantly see them breaking the law and taking advantage of people. Whatnot does very little to stop it. I often receive damaged items due to the seller packaging them poorly.

occasionally you can find a good deal, but the shipping amounts are out of control for larger items, like a vacuum... nearly $70, just to ship a vacuum?!?! Also, I've bought multiple items from one seller and they ship all the items in one box, but have never been reimbursed shipping I was charged for each individual item. The sellers all say Whatnot sets the shipping, so if that's true, that's the reason I am giving the app only 2 Stars. I'll raise it if these shipping issues are corrected.

I love Whatnot's selection of products. You can find almost anything at a good price if you take time to shop around. Most sellers are very helpful. Delivery charges are reasonable and fast. I have purchased many things. There was a problem with 2 items and Whatnot refunded my money. There are only a couple of things I find negative. it is easy to spend too much and some seller personalities are negative. Watch you spending!

You can purchase things and it's fun at first but the more issues you have with orders even if it's justified they will start to flag you and block you from trying to return things that are damaged or wrong items. They outright denied me when I paid for a limited edition item and received a simple item instead. They favor the sellers for sending wrong items and then flag you if you try to return damaged or wrong goods that were not reported in the livestream.

The app works well and it runs pretty smooth. More clarification on shipping and shipping cost is all over the place and getting more expensive. Some sellers say free, then your paying shipping, b/c it's free after you win 6 auctions. Showing total cost on purchase tab. New update took away purchase tab with in the auction so you can't see what you bought during the auction, only shows sold tab. As a seller it would be nice to be able to see names of who is watching your stream.

SELLER BEWARE Do not unbundle any order to move an item to another box of other items. only unbundle if an item must be in its own box. You are charged each time you do that, and it is VERY EXPENSIVE, and they will not refund you even if, in the end, you have fewer boxes than the start. support is incredibly unhelpful. Overall, poor notification of charges and poor function shipment page. Last time I'll try to save my buyers and whatnot on shipping costs. Asinine is what that is.

It's awesome! Not gonna lie! You can actually find some really good deals on here. It's kinda hit and miss vendor wise, as far as them tryin to run up prices, but I've already found plenty of vendors that have their whole store of products at amazing prices. I mean.... it's mainly supposed to be an auction app right? I always get turned off when yu go to an auction and buyers or vendors are runnin up the prices. People don't go to an auction to pay full price for things! They go for the deal! 👍

The bids on some shows go WAY too fast, and it is impossible to know how much you are bidding. You see the words "bid responsibly" all over the place, but how can you even do that? I thought I was bidding $12, and the next thing I knew, I had a $38 charge on my card. I requested a cancelation immediately, but the repose from sellers is slow. What not says that you can not cancel after the seller ships... But who knows if the seller will even see it. After resolution this app is deleted.

love it as a platform, but the app has a lot of bugs that need attention. I am a viewer not a seller. The app frequently has hiccups for the user, examples: the stream will suddenly have no sound, the stream will be stuck on the show poster and won't play the actual stream, the stream outright freezes, you try to bid and nothing happens, maybe more I'm forgetting. You have to exit the app and reopen and it'll be fixed; you can tell by the chat it's not on the streamer's end but the users.

I install the app, sign up, put in all my info and start looking through streams. Suddenly, my bank app pops up saying I have an approved purchase. I check it, confused, and see it's on whatnot. I check whatnot and see I bought something from one of the streams I watched. Well, I never did that, so I look to see how to cancel it. You can't. Cancellation and refund is always at the seller's discretion. So, I'm out $20 on something I never purchased. Great app.

I made about 10 different purchases from different sellers and a couple times shipping took longer then usual but was informed during tracking. The first time I did have an issue with my product showing delivered but was not received, I followed the steps needed and support told me there was nothing they could do and flagged my account as being a fraud. It clearly states in there Buyer Protection Plan that this sometimes happens and you can get a refund. Worst Customer support ever.

For one I wish I never got on the app! It's addictive! desk top comp does not work as well as phone, can't see all the info. There has to be a better way to list items, always a fight trying to get things labeled correctly so I don't get charged taxes and whatnot is definitely not going push for this to be corrected it looks like, they don't care and place the blame on the sellers. Whatnot will definitely take the tax money since its not coming out of their pocket better stay on top of charges

I've had good and bad experiences on this app. I would say the majority of the makeup that you're getting on this app is probably about ready to expire when I've looked at the batch codes, and when the seller does send it and it's older, they'll send it unboxed, even though they'll show a box on the live. And whatnot allows the seller to delete bad reviews! I've received make up that had old packaging. And when I researched it, it was beyond twenty four months old, and that seller still active

I absolutely love the fact that I have won so many free products and perfumes that I would never have the opportunity to try, I have gotten albums that I wanted for $2, jewelry for under $5, and an 8lb box of Reese's cups for $2.50! But, when there is an issue, there is not always anyone who can solve it. I made a purchase and won an auction and givvy and I have never received any of them. I asked for help and over a month later, I still do not have any help.

WhatNot is an absolute scam! They actively encourage fraud. I've reported reoccurring issues to WhatNot and they do nothing but blame buyers. No less than 17 of my orders were described as open box new, but were either clearly used or did not match the description, or was completely the wrong product or were never sent. Somehow, this is my fault. I even returned a product and they say that they refuse to refund me because I have a high rate of returns! I will get legal help on this. Stay away!

Whatnot is very much an app of the times... and an amazingly awesome app it is! It may take a little bit to get the hang of, but it's honestly one of the best apps for affordable and speedy shopping! As with many of our adored shopping apps recently, please be sure to pay attention to shipping costs and other "hidden" fees. Now go buy some goodies! With buy now options, as well as live auctions, you'll be able to find ANYTHING and everything you want and need at prices that'll make you 🤯🥳! A+!

To start, I liked that most of the time when you start watching someone's live they have a list of everything they're selling. So that helps you choose to stay watching their live sells or not. But I don't like that the items may seem cheaper, but the shipping cost is often times more than the the cost of what you want to buy. For example, a $6 item may have a $9 shipping fee. But there are some shops that offer free shipping. So just beware of that when wanting to bid on items.

The items supposed to be brand new as the sellers stated, but I received used/returned items from WhatNot. I'm not so impressed with the merchandise. You get good deals if not too many buyers/bidders on that certain sale event. I never had any luck to get any items less than $5.00. Always someone else placed higher bids on top of me! Could be a fix! I can't return the items eventhough I'm not happy with them!

need better customer support!! takes days to respond. a lot of discrepancies with payout totals. an item can be in the same category, same weight, etc and your payout total per item will be different. sold count is not correct making it increasingly harder to hit your 1000 sales before you can receive early payouts which still take days to actually receive. tips take three days before whatnot will release them. overall a good idea for an app but poorly executed.
