I really like this app,it shuts down those I wanna shut down. The app is really awesome and I think there should be adjustment on when u want to send Pics to someone, it just sends automatically after selecting without u being able to check if u sent d right pics or u even wanna crop it. And again when u want to post pics, after selecting it just get back like it's slow or something but apart from these d app is really awesome and it has helped me advertise my business well

I am experiencing an issue with WhatsApp Business. At times, when someone sends me a message, I receive the notification as expected. However, on other occasions, I do not receive any notification until I manually open the app. I have also noticed that other people are facing the same issue. This inconsistency is causing inconvenience and may result in missed messages. I kindly request that this issue be investigated and resolved.

okay okay,I want start with big congrats to the green app,and honestly It make's the day more easy from sales to personally life,but even though I'll be given a 85% good review mark, I still think it will be better to save status directly and the adding of music to a post (the music to add is too limited) like I can't find a music to match any of my post 🫩

WhatsApp business is a great app except when they start banning your account.And the craziest part of it all is that they won't even give you a proper response,I'd like to know how am getting banned on here, I requested for a review only to be told I can't get access to my account. I've lost a lot of clients and I've made losses because of this. I don't recommend for official businesses.

My experience with WhatsApp Business has been extremely disappointing. For the past month, I have been facing the same issue repeatedly: as soon as I start chatting daily, my account gets banned without any valid reason. After submitting a review, it gets unbanned, but soon the same problem happens again Even when I try to register again, I cannot receive the OTP or call for a long time, and once I finally manage to log in, the cycle starts all over again—chat a little, then banned again.

WhatsApp Business is actually a good app....but it has some few problems which might make people run away from downloading it 1. Please stop reducing the quality of the videos and audios 2. Please make us be able to download status instead of us begging the poster to send it directly to us. But still on still, it's a good app for businesses.

just as I got my new phone it is lot logging in and showing me the error, WhatsApp is temporarily unavailable please try again later I've been trying to fix this issue for a while day and it isn't fixed, I hope WhatsApp finds this review and fox this issue as soon as possible for me, it worked fine on my old phone but on my new phone it isn't working. I tried so much I selected the call and message option and it just isn't going forward, same message everywhere.

Completely broken after the latest update. The app keeps crashing every time I try to open specific conversations. I've tried clearing the cache and restarting my phone, but nothing works. I can't access important client messages. This is a disaster for my business. Fix this immediately!

I have shared and received pdf files through what's app business app, which was opened by pdf or drive reader easily till yesterday, but today when I click to open it, it shows the option of Internet app like "Google", "Internet browser" etc but doesn't open file. PLEASE PROVIDE URGENT SOLUTION. This problem doesn't come in What's app regular app.

Can't add contacts to broadcast list by selecting it. Everytime we need to add them from the list. while adding contacts in broadcast list, I search a key word so that I find certain group of people for that broadcast group. The key word disappears after adding a single contact. If we need to use the same key word and add another person, we need to once again search the same key word. It is very annoying. Kindly simply the steps, so that broadcast msgs will be lot more easier.

why do y'all sometimes give us down dates? like, when sending images from a chat/group to another chat/group, there's no more space to add a write up like it used to be! now you only have the option of sending the pictures, then the write up (separately).Fix up please.. it's supposed to keep getting better.. not "sometimes" but always!

the app is good but the issue is that it's very difficult to set up your account when ever you change your phone or phone number. I should have rate for 5 star but I can't because I just change my phone but since Monday I'm trying to setup my account 😭 but it keep showing connecting and I know by tomorrow it will be 1 week for just setting up an account 7 days why nah. I'm very disappointed with this

I would have given a fiver star, but my issues with the app is the recent update, I can no longer update my Satus from a group easily like I used to, whenever I post a picture from a group it usually takes me out of the group which is really annoying, I will have to go back to the group, search through multiple messages before I can post again, it's really stressful and annoying. plz fix it

Subject: Feedback on Recent Update The recent update is not very effective. Previously, whenever we searched for something in a group or chat, the searched word was highlighted in yellow, which made identification much easier. Now, the highlight feature is no longer available, and it has become inconvenient to locate the searched text.

I would have given 5 stars if it was like the way it was before. But recent updates have affected the app’s performance. Previously, it worked smoothly, but now it freezes or shows errors. My statuses don’t display at all if they include pictures or videos, they just keep rolling endlessly. Voice notes and media from groups are slow to download or sometimes fail to open. These issues are impacting my business. Please address them in a future update. Thank you.

From the last few weeks I am facing many issues, most important is unable to upload status. Even though I have fast Internet it takes 7 to 8 hours to upload just a text and the same happens when I try to delete it. Secondly, I am facing issues when I forward a message, it takes hours and hours to load contacts, similarly when I try to add anyone in the group. Kindly resolve those bugs .....

1. There should be a feature for saving videos contacts save on status directly instead of always going to status saver or screen recording or begging please send😭😂 2. Another feature for having a play track for a video posted on status. so that if you didn't get one thing, you can go back instead of replaying from the beginning 3. Stop reducing picture and video quality😭 Business Whatsapp is a great app. let's make it better

Edit: Now my contacts aren't syncing, and names aren't showing. Some are, and some aren't. Some that have always displayed have now disappeared. What the hell. Whatever update just happened is causing WhatsApp Business to glitch and mess up my phone. It's doing the same to my husband's phone as well. Please sort it out quickly!!!

WhatsApp is great but I feel it can be improved on. Firstly, it's now a bit of a challenge to access files when posting a status. Previously, files were arranged on WhatsApp the way it's been stored on the file folder and you could simply access a particular pic or video. Now though, pictures and videos are clustered into "recents" then a few folders. Secondly, it's really frustrating when we post a status update and the quality of the video or pic reduces drastically! Please improve on this!
