Been using When I Work Team Scheduling for a couple months now. It’s basically an employee scheduling app that helps you manage shifts, time off, and communication with your team. Pretty solid if you’re running a small business or managing hourly workers.
Here’s what you can do – there’s an easy time clock so your staff can clock in and out, plus you can message them individually or in groups. It’s got tools to monitor and approve shift trades and time off requests. And you can view the whole schedule anywhere, anytime.
Look, if you’ve got an hourly team to manage, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky sometimes – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on When I Work Team Scheduling. I've tested a bunch of employee scheduling apps and this one's pretty solid. The time clock and messaging features work well and make it easy to stay on top of your team. I like that you can approve time off and shift changes right from the app. The interface is a little outdated but it's pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it. The free version has most of the important stuff but you'll need to pay for some of the advanced reporting features.
