I dont know what happened, but for me, this app has always worked fantastic! I was a very satisfied customer off & on for years (I canceled my premium subscription several times but always signed up again after a short time). I've been subscribed with premium again for the last several months, but the app AND the website haven't worked for me the entire time. Again, it used to be great and I was 100% satisfied but the last several months I have been HIGHLY DISSATISFIED! 😤

It works well, doesn't nag me to upgrade all the time, and tells me the info that is public, for free. The paid version digs deeper. I like it better than all of the cheap paid ones I tried. I should try the paid version again, since it is all new and better since I did it, like over a year ago it's for finding numbers and reverse phone lookup, to find out who is calling you. I signed up again for the premium service and like it so far. Big improvements. Aaaaand here we go!-it's worth it!

I gave up this app after my last review. I had it for over 10 years and was strongly dissatisfied. Recently, I picked it up again hoping it would have been improved. Actually it was worse, limiting the number of times accessing. It makes no sense. It costs NOTHING for the initial info. I'd rather have the old fashioned phone book, and the phone company would not charge for 4-1-1 calls. Ridiculous to call it Whitepages. It does not compare with the real white pages.

This is my second review of this app. I still can not do any searches, run reports or anything it claims. The only thing this app does is gets a payment from me monthly and when i try to do a simple search the app never connects and then a pop up box reads "server is temporarily unavailable". I've been paying for a "premium" account for many months and have successfully done 1 search. If the app worked like it did months ago ( when I did the one and only search) then I would rate it 5 stars.

I used to absolutely love white pages but its gone to 💩💩💩 ! It's totally not worth paying premium for because you only get a certain number of searches & even then you have to pay for certain information. The free version WAS great but now they're pushing you to buy it so hard you get hardly any searches then it'll say "you've reached your free limit" so I have to un-install it then re-download it only to get a few searches & have to do that all over.

I paid for the optional "premium" service to assist in my safety as a sole proprietor. But even with the subscription, nine times out of ten, a reverse search yields no information on the caller. I'm not sure there is a single advantage to the subscription. My recommendation is to install the app and gamble on the free version. Your search has about the same odds of returning with information.

The data base is pretty accurate however the app seems to have a mind of its own. Since I pay for premium the amount of look up are limited to 100. I choose to only unlock particular contacts. I have the setting turn on. It is not supposed to unlock everyone I click on. But it does. I waste my look ups on people I accidentally click on and people who don't actually live there. I think they do it on purpose so we can use up our contacts and be forced to buy more. Switch to Spokeo or fastpeople

2017: Love it. Helped me so much when I had to send out Graduation Announcements and need addresses. 2023 UPDATE: I've been using this for years and never had a problem. But now all of a sudden it's just a money skeem! They definitely lost a long time customer because money is more important than quality. There's so many more apps out there that are free and give you more information than this app does. I paid 99c and didn't even get my searches I paid for but it sure did come out of my bank!

Sometimes it doesn't provide the correct info, but considering that the correct info is not provided to wp; or the correct source of any call, email, etc is so diluted that wp cannot discern whether or not the source calling, emailing, messaging you is verified & true, this app exceeds above any other app of it's kind, at least for free! I've tried many, even paid money at times & still ended up with no more info than what I started out with. At least I'm provided a starting point with wp.

Before 2019 when i gave my 5* review, this app was one of those few things in life that worked the way it was supposed to. At 3.99 and even 4.99 a mo it was a good deal. Like 90% of all reverse searchs i got a name for. Mostly cell phone numbers but some residential and business numbers too. And of that 90% probably 80% of the names were current and matched the numbers correctly. I got unlimited searches too. Then something happened..greed. They raised the price n maybe 10% do you find a name
