Been using Wholesome Yum for a couple months now. It’s basically a healthy recipe and meal planning app created by Maya Krampf, the founder of the popular Wholesome Yum website. Pretty solid app if you’re into cooking and meal prepping.
Here’s what you can do – there’s a built-in macro calculator so you can track your nutrition, plus tons of recipes that are low carb or keto-friendly. And you can also create meal plans and shopping lists, which is super handy. It’s got a nice clean design and the recipes I’ve tried have been really tasty.
Look, if you’re trying to eat healthier and stay on top of your meals, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the app can get a little buggy sometimes and the premium features are a bit pricey. But overall it does the job and makes healthy living a lot easier. Worth checking out.
