I between a 2 and a 3 for this app.. it has a great macro tracker and the basic recipes are good. I especially like that you can scale the. Up or down easily. The meal prep planner and shopping list works great when using the apps recipes. The down side.. The food search is extremely limited if you eat anything besides the app recipes. DONT even try to add your own recipe or meal. It's worse than terriblly clunky and frustrating. Its a useful app Falls very short in a few areas.

Easy to use, sooo maaannnyyy recipes you can't go through them all. You can print most of them(I like that feature only for the fact that I can put it on my book stand and read the recipe as I prepare it) I like looking up new recipes for my family that are healthier choices. The best part of this is all these recipes have been tested before being put out.

Like this app, it has a few minor set backs like taking some time to load the grocery list. I would like to be able to view the menu for the week all at once. I tend to switch back from the family to single person view and have noticed that sometimes the menu is different. I would like to see it be the same as sometimes I cook for just myself and other times fir my kids if I feel they would like it.

Have been using this app for about 3 weeks and so far it has been so useful. It has made me get organised and less stressed with cooking keto friendly meals that my husband can enjoy too. I am in the UK so there are lots of items I will have to add but the shopping list is perfect. Only tweak I would like is to not have set quantity adjustments. For example a recipe is for 6. I want it for 4 but I can only do 1/2 recipe quantity so it is a meal for three. Love it otherwise ❤️

Couldn't get the signup process to complete so I finally gave up after trying 4 to 5 times.

Frustrating!! I'm using the free version and trying to add an Adkins shake. So I go look under beverages and surprise, there's no search bar! So I start scrolling and scrolling AND scrolling only to discover this list is not even in alphabetical order! I've spent half an hour looking for the one thing I drank this morning. If I'm meant to do this for each and every item I consume throughout the day Imma spend more time entering things on this app than actually eating. What the heck?!?!

I do think this app is fantastic. They are working to improve it and add features all the time so it improves as you get more familiar with it, etc. It is limiting in regards to the recipes you find, they are all from Wholesome Yum and they are delicious but if you want to add your own recipes you can, it's just a process and then it's there for you always. I love that it makes a grocery list for you as I am an empty nester and have struggled with learning how much I really need to buy for 2 people. This has helped. I love that it gives you meal prep advice because I'm someone who is most successful sticking to my macros when I am prepared. What I don't love is the price. I paid for it for a year and I will use it but I do feel like the price is excessively high when you can grab any number of macro tracker apps for free. Will they make grocery lists and meal plan advice for you? No they won't but they absolutely are an option and even the most mentioned alternative app that is pay is half the price for an annual subscription. I'd have given 5 stars but the pricing is a bit much, that said, I do love this app, I do love what it can do for me and for that reason i kept it for the year to see how much more it helps than the other paid app I've been using. At this point, not sure I feel this is entirely worth the extra cost. I guess after a year I'll have to decide. As to people feeling they can't get assistance when they reach out, I've never experiences that and have gotten kind, polite and timely assistance anytime I've needed it.

I was a little hesitant about "joining" or signing up for the app. First I got my feet a little wet and purchased the Plus membership but couldn't use the meal plan, I needed to upgrade. I did like the recipes and was struggling with planning meals out for a month or two in advance. So I really wanted that feature. So I jumped all in. The meal plans are really good, and I keep most of the meal plan provided but it's so easy to change the plan per meal. I wish I could get meal plans further out.

Very disappointed. First, all I want are recipes - I really don't need it for anything else; too much set-up/sign-in just to get that. Worse, it's set up for net carbs only, and won't let me use my doctor-approved total instead. Even more disappointing: their own branded ingredients (and why I don't bother with Atkins cookbooks anymore). I've gotten some great recipes off the website which is why this is such a letdown.

So when you cook something and you don't have everything from the recipe given or store bought item there's no other option to select. Like I make an omlete and only had eggs cheese and mushrooms. There's no selection for that. Just have to select each item and guess the amount. Other apps give you more options to select how you cook things
