The app is horrible and you it doesn’t let you know about restricted areas where you can’t park. The service is very expensive and it’s not worth.

The app doesn’t work. We’ve been trying to register all day and when we enter our phone numbers we get a “connection issues” message. So frustrating as they have a monopoly on scooters in Rio so we’ve been using Itau bikes instead as their app allowed us to register easily!
