So here's my honest take on Widgets Art - Wallpaper, Theme. I've tried a bunch of similar phone customization apps and this one's pretty solid. The variety of widgets, themes, and features is impressive, and the overall design and functionality is really polished. And it's not revolutionary, but it just works well. The only real downside is the ads, which can get a bit intrusive if you don't pay to remove them. But other than that, I'd say it's one of the better all-in-one theming apps out there.
