Been using Wine Trainer for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you test your wine knowledge with a ton of questions. Pretty solid if you’re into wine and want to learn more in a fun way.
Here’s what you do: there are over 2,800 questions covering everything from wine geography to grape varieties to tasting notes. And you just go through the questions, see how much you know. There’s also a scoring system to track your progress, which is pretty cool. And you can unlock new question categories as you play – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re a wine enthusiast or studying for a wine exam, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the questions can get repetitive after a while – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to train your wine knowledge.

So here's my honest take on Wine Trainer. I've tested a bunch of wine apps and this one's pretty solid. And the huge question bank is great for drilling your wine knowledge, and the scoring/progression system keeps you motivated. Sure, it gets a little repetitive after a while, but it's a great way to learn in bite-sized sessions. Definitely recommended if you're into wine and want to up your game.
