The app works really great and orders are made on time and come out great. Only issue I have is that promotions and specials that come up in notifications are nowhere in sight when I open the app and the tab for it on the sidebar just takes me to an empty website. It's very disappointing to see a good deal pop up but not be able to use it.

Love the food and the app is solid. But please don't ask the customer to tip on carry outs. Why should I have to tip someone I had no contact with until I pick up my food? It puts unnecessary pressure on the customer, to think that if I don't leave a tip now while placing my order from a remote location, I won't get the same quality food or they may tamper with my order.. I'm a generous tipper and I will tip only through person to person contact. Maybe have a tip option after you pick up

App will not store payment method and new software update has rendered the app nearly unusable. There is a glitch in the map for delivery and it changes the address I input to one that doesn't exist in my town. Certain modifications aren't possible due to poorly thought out coding. The app no longer serves a purpose without the convenience and ease of use it once had. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Overall the app works fine and generally ordering works as expected. The one exception I've had contributed to the 3 star rating. I placed an order that included rolls and had to make the payment in-app because of the amount. Turns out the Wingstop I ordered from had issues with their oven and couldn't provide the rolls. Additionally, because I paid in-app, they couldn't provide me with a refund. I'm supposed to contact Wingstop and provide the information needed to get a refund.

The app is user friendly. I had ordered through the website previously. I prefer the app because it contain just as much as of the menu options available on the website. The location feature gives one the option to choose a store of preference with accuracy. You are able to order ahead so you don't forget or you could order for immediate pick up in about 25 minutes. I would definitely recommend the app to everyone that cares. It easy to use. You don't have to wait trying to log onto a computer.

Hands down the worst food ordering app I've ever used. I tried not only their app but also their website (because their app was glitching out that bad). Finally, after an hour of fighting with their platforms, I was finally charged but without a confirmation page. Then, to add to the fight to order the food, the order I received was wrong. I will never order from them again.

Convenient, detailed, self-explanatory, and tasty. Doubts? Might as well get the app and have the menu at your fingertips; with the option of paying before you pickup, it literally makes orders a grab-n-go process. It even includes calories while you're choosing items and the ability to add notes. I've had no trouble.

App requires me to log in every time I access. 2 of the 3 times I tried logging in it would not give me access. The last time I used, I placed an order as a guest. When I went to pick up the order, they had no record of order at the restaurant. I waited 40 minutes, still no food, no record of order, and no help by the restaurant to cancel the order that did appear on my credit card as a charge.

Great mobile app, works as expected like a webpage but more compartmentalized. Deals are shown on home page, easy to add stuff to order, easy to find locations and add payment methods, clearly outlines limitations and walks you through the process. Nothing special, but that's exactly what a food app should be: no frills, easy to use, clear. It's just one more way to avoid the insane charges on delivery apps like Uber and the rest.

The order interface arbitrarily blocks access to the full menu. For example, it does not give the option to order lemon pepper fries, only their "signature seasoning" which is frankly disgusting, despite both being available in the store. I can live with that, but when I tried to order I repeatly received an "error occurred during transaction" message. Combined with their apparently new policy that stores can't take delivery orders over the phone, this means I'm eating somewhere else tonight.

Obviously the app designers have never heard the phrase, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" because whatever this new update is definitely broke everything, I can no longer log in, when I manage to enter my credentials it prompts me to log in again and get stuck in an error loop, then when you close the app it just loses its mind and loads constantly. Tried as a guest and I entered all of my info and it wouldn't let me place the order without an email, but the option to enter was locked.

Fix the location algorithm! I usually have a great experience through the app and used to only be able to actually complete my order through the app vs. website. On my most recent order, the app automatically selected a restaurant across state lines. When the delivery person got to the restaurant, they contacted me asking if I entered the wrong address. My order was then marked as delivered even though the delivery person was still at the restaurant. I didn't receive my food nor a refund.

did the app update. now I can't even log in to place an online order. opening the app just has the icon of a wing being tossed. uninstalled and reinstalled the app. still the same thing. the one time I managed to see the menu as a guest. I couldn't place and order unless I logged in. so all that frustration made me change my mind on what I wanted to eat. eh their loss. app is currently uninstalled. I learned my lesson. not gonna deal with frustration when I'm hungry.

Has absolutely no link to your actual order. Just gives a generic wait time. This has left me waiting on my order for more than 40 minutes at the store after showing up at the "ready" time. App needs work. Edit: After talking to the Wingstop app team, it seems the app is linked to the store and wait times are supposed to be updated by employees. However, my store was not using that feature. Your local store might, which would make the whole experience far better. I adjusted my rating 3 star.

The app was working fine, until last month. It will not take my credit card on the app. I have tried several times to add my credit card and keeps saying my card is declining because my address/zip code doesn't match. I have used this card and address with no problems over a month ago with no issues. So now I have to go in to place my order, which is too long of a wait for me. So I just don't order from wingstop anymore. You can't get any help on the app, because there is no one to contact.

Updated version of app works great! Love the convenience and flexibility as well. Having the ability to be able to pay in restaurant at pick-up as well is an added bonus for each and every socio-economic class. I would like to mention that they recently changed their COMBO menu which NO LONGER includes a side of Seasoned Fries AND your choice of Veggies sticks as well. If there is a change, it is good business practice to mention the change at the time the order is placed. Overall still happy.

Great app. Everything works, it's easy to make selections and navigate, you can favorite and save your orders and locations, and I love that you have so many options to customize your order. If there's anything I would say, it's that they should add app support to resolve order issues after the fact. But I far and away prefer to order through the app than through other third party services and that's how it should be. 👍🏾

Tried to check out, but it says email required. The app won't let me fill in my email during checkout. There is a lock in the box for some reason? It is also painfully slow, it took me 45 minutes to give up on my 3 item cart. Extra disappointing because yall have the FREEWINGS code today (which I had to try many times before it would apply to the cart btw) just an all around disappointment.

Back button on the phone doesn't work, only the one in the app. I kept trying the phone one out of habit and exciting the application. Doesn't work with LastPass. Cumbersome to set numbers of wings for each flavor. Set my number on one try, but it wouldn't let me save the order to my bag and wouldn't hint at what was wrong. Buttons to set the number count are really, really small on my phone. Overall, a very unpleasant and overly long ordering experience.

one of the only few fast food apps that allow you to order and pay with cash and still get deals and rewards. McDonald's and most will not let you order and then pay with cash when you get there, sometimes there is no cash option and no deals available to cash users and you are right their in line or in the drive through .and no refunds or ability to use if the food is officially bad and you get sick most apps make you sign away all rights when using credit or debit
