Keeps telling me to update eventhough there's no update. I literally can't even use this app
I don't know I could get My schedule through the app, that's great!!
Only issue is that the app keep notifying me it's need to be updated which ir does not
The app is lagging to load, it's been days - update/fix this app
This app really sucks, i haven't seen any of my schedules or any progress I've made for the last 2 months
App not good it keeps telling me to update it but when i try to update it theres? No update and i dont get all my schedule either please fix so I can you become a 5-star
It keeps saying wrong usename wrong password when the username and password are correct.
Used to work with a company that uses this app..very easy and straightforward for scheduling and timetracking.
As of this date 8/31/24 after the update I now get a pop up telling me to update the app. But I've already updated it.

Im lock out, and can not change my user name or password, so went on line and tryed still dont work how do i change user name and password
I try to login but it says wrong login/password. I login on the computer with the same login and it works just fine. 🤷🏽♀️
I need to be able to use this app but often times it refuses to open. To use the web page I need to use Opera's VPN often times opening 3 windows "from" 3 different locations. Usually that will work but it takes a lot of time and trouble and then "security policy" reqects any screen shot request. Also I must ask for an update to the app that will include ALL DATA from the database including time end (usually the latest clock out expected) and other items that do not appear on the app at all.
Sign on doesn't work keeps telling me user name or password wrong. It's the same sign on I been using for years. Something wrong with this.
The Pending Schedule Section has not worked in 4 years. Right now, it's telling me to update to a new version, but I already did. I use the web version rather than the app. I don't trust the app.
I have not been able to get the website or the app to load. I do have a new service provider. Under my old service provider I was able to access the website and app then. Tech did reply and stated that everything was working on their end. My service provider says the issue is with the website and it would not matter what service I had because the issue is with the website. I used the website to schedule work. At my wits end.
The notification does not work, the pending schedule section doesn't show if you submitted anything, and it crashes when you are trying to apply for a shift.
