If I could give it a zero I would. I updated my pal yesterday and after the update I’ve not been able to log into my account. Didn’t have any problems until the update. Need to get this problem fixed and soon.

Can’t reset password so I’m locked out of my account. Every time I try to reset the password, it says “something went wrong” and no one is answering my service request via email. Once this is resolved I’ll update the review.

Used to be a great app until the devs got greedy and started to serve only a section of the community. Introduced army of premium playable bots but didn’t do anything to enhance the user experience. The devs are useless morons. I’ve been trying to log in for months after nearly a decade of not using the account. Their code is broken and will not accept a new password so I can’t log in and they don’t care enough to figure it out or don’t even know how to code.

Ive been using Palringo for about 5 years. Might even be more. However, the last few months are terrible. Chats disappear, App crashes and/or doesn’t want to open. I have to force close the app every time i want to use the app. Please look into these bugs/glitches.
