The new brand WOLF has destroyed this chat app. It bugs constantly, it takes forever to load even on newer phones. It always tell you that it can't log in, you took away the bots that made it fun, the loading circle of doom is everyones best friend now. If I could give it a .5 I would, but since I can't, it's a 1. You have destroyed palringo.
If I could give it a zero I would. I updated my pal yesterday and after the update I've not been able to log into my account. Didn't have any problems until the update. Need to get this problem fixed and soon.
Can't reset password so I'm locked out of my account. Every time I try to reset the password, it says "something went wrong" and no one is answering my service request via email. Once this is resolved I'll update the review.
Used to be a great app until the devs got greedy and started to serve only a section of the community. Introduced army of premium playable bots but didn't do anything to enhance the user experience. This must be the only messenger that doesn't let you share gifs and videos. Oh and almost all the groups are either dead or half full of creeps and bots.
Reach out to the support team you say?I'm sure people have been trying to do that for several issues but they're mostly either delayed response or left unanswered. How can you expect users to genuinely have a wonderful experience on the app when several users from the support team are also abusing their authority? I've been using this app for a decade now and been trying really hard to cultivate a friendly and positive environment, but it seems to me the well being of the users isn't a priority.
Has many malicious: hostile, savage, poisonous people. Difficult to have a good time when everyone is so cruel to one another. A lot of users insult & harass each other in group, very distasteful. Besides that, the features the app has is pretty nice. You can send pictures & voice messages, create your own groups, change your layout to different a colors/background. Can by bots, but it doesn't give much in return to grow your reputation, basically sucks ppl out their money.
The devs are useless morons. I've been trying to log in for months after nearly a decade of not using the account. Their code is broken and will not accept a new password so I can't log in and they don't care enough to figure it out or don't even know how to code.
it's quite a dead app. only a few people are talking, there are several groups about the same topic with few member each. in general its full of arabic folks and all their religious events are promoted. they're generally rude when you point out why they're writing in arabic within a group which has English only rule. about the app mechanics: it always logs you out when you registered via google and many times it takes several tries to login again.
I've been on this app over 10 years and it's sad to see everything that made the app amazing just get changed and is gone. Even though I've done the update that has been repeatedly recommended I still cannot log in - I'm on android and not had any connectivity issues when the app was branded Palringo - what is happening?
pal has always been hit and miss with all the updates, it crashes often, or lags horribly. ive used this app for the last few years and its changed alot since i first started. it's pretty standard in way of chatting apps, the games keep you amused. The most recent update causes the app to force close, or laggs out trying to resume session. I've been logged out constantly and wonder why nobody has messaged. it randomly will delete your profile, I've had to redo mine at least five times in two week
