I was Wolt+ user for years. After last several orders without subscription, I'll delete app. The delivery is constantly delay, because of that the food arrive cold. Nobody reply on the support chat. It's a shame. They were good.

The estimated time of arrival is inaccurate beyond acceptance. You offer Sort by time while right after ordering, the delivery time can double! I am fully aware of the complexity of this info, but this doesn't justify all the above. Your service is not free.
[-] Buggy and unsuitable for a landscape layout - when the screen rotates, some input forms (e.g. when adding an item to the order) are cleared for no reason. Sloppy, glitchy UI overall. [+] A really wide selection of items and stores in the service.
Don't get fooled with promotions. I waited 2h for my order which from Glovo arrives in 20 minutes because they allow couriers to pick multiple orders at a same time. I could only sit and wait, looking at courier location go all over town. Food arrived cold, soggy and un-appetizing. Also the app's menus and overall look is bad as well. The only reason I decided to try this app is because some restaurants moved exclusively there but its not worth it at all with how orders are handled.
The app seems clear but promotions can be tricky. Customer Support is not as helpful as other apps and if your order is messed up (which can happen frequently) you will get compensation at first but after that apologies and that texts that say that nothing can be done. If you get this app for the first time, make sure you do not order anything yet and you wait for notifications (or look online) for newcomer vouchers, as they will not be applied automatically and placing an order will void that.
The restaurants listed have something mentioned and shown on the App and once you order its completely different. The customer care is of no use. Ordered from two different restaurants and both sent something else and customer support wasn't able to help. Don't install its useless
The app itself is fine, but delivery times have become excessively long. The food is ready at the restaurant and the courier picks it up, yet the delivery often takes 30 to 40 minutes because the courier is fulfilling earlier orders. Initially, the app indicates a delivery time of 15 to 20 minutes, but more often than not, it ends up being around 40 minutes. By the time the food arrives, it is often cold. It used to be much better. Now, I mostly use Bolt for my deliveries.
Terrible app. After I ordered, they asked to relax and they will notify me when the order is done. I tracked the order every 3 mins to find that it's still preparing. Then suddenly, I a notification jumped out to ask me how was my order!! I decided to go outside and check, I found the delivery guy is waiting for 7 minutes.
Very expensive compared to other apps. I made the mistake of ordering from Wolt without checking prices on other platforms first. After I received my order, I checked out of curiosity and realized there's about a 50% markup per product - the price difference between Wolt and Bolt is huge. This is the last time I'll use it. Also, having Genius is not really an advantage since if the distance is too long, extra fees still apply. And they have processing fees almost equal to the delivery fee...
It was really nice at the beginning, but now the order is late for 1 or 2 hours and it's not a single case! Today, I scheduled an order 40 minutes before my job meeting to have some buffer time (late delivery and time to eat my food). Order was too late and the delivery guy called me during the job meeting! I couldn't take the order and they just canceled order and returened the money I payed. If I know, delivery I order for morning will be brought at night, I'll at least, prepare my breakfast!
I really want to support a company other than Uber, yet Wolt repeatedly makes it so hard to support them. The estimated delivery time shown is almost always doubled (and sometimes even more!), so hot food is usually cold. When it first happened, I got a full refund; now they just give a coupon that won't even be worth a quarter of a meal. It's my fault for keeping on hoping that this will change.
Real delivery time is more than 2 times longer than estimated delivery time. You are notified of the real delivery time when the restaurant accepts your order and at that point you can't cancel the order. Estimated delivery was 25-35 min. At the moment the order was accepted I just received notification that the order will be delivered in 74 minutes, and since the order was accepted by the restaurant, I can't cancel it. if you have any alternatives, avoid Wolt.
The support is very bad and doesn't solve problems... the application and service used to be much better. We ordered food and the estimated time went from 50 minutes to 2 hours, so we contacted support to cancel our order. They did not reply for 20 minutes and then said that they can't cancel, because the order is already ready. We agreed that we would pick up our order, because we already went to the restaurant in the mean time, but they didn't contact the currier, so he took our order...
Don't like the app and I particularly am not a fan of how expensive ordering through Wolt has become. There are way too many fees added to the order, which make it very expensive. Also, if you give us the option of paying for a subscription, then don't shove unnecessary fees down our throat! Wolt used to be a cool and easy to use option, but they have just lost their way in the last two years.
I used Wolt without issues but for the last two weeks every other day I've been getting a 'Error 800: Failed to process card' message when I try to pay. I've contacted their customer support 3 times over this and all they tell me their technical team will check it out. Then they say that all the technical team could say is to try again later or wait 24h. I've asked if they can explain what the issue is or fix it for good, they say they cant affect it. What's the point of having a technical team!
I ordered, everything was fine. The restaurant didn't pick up the order in the system in time (3 minutes) and the app's system decided to cancel it without notifying me in any way. I was waiting for my order and when it got suspicious that it is still not here I check and saw that it is cancelled by the app. Horrible first experience. I will not use the app again. there is a plenty of other delivery apps which actually work. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.
I order groceries, which were to be delivered to a different address than the one I wanted which is my bad. I texted support (before the order was picked up for delivery) and they said they cant change it, and if I cancel i will be charged the full amount. I drive during a storm to pick up the food from the location, and the order only says 'soon' despite just saying 2 minutes. items missing too, I see the guy is on the other half of the island, and the support chat still hasn't responded 1 hour
Changed my review from 5 to 2 stars. The order time is almost never accurate. every time I am told "25-35" minutes, the food arrives after an hour. Always "the restaurant is busier than we thought". I order food every day for work, and the lack of accuracy in order time makes it very difficult to manage a business schedule. People miss their lunch because of meetings, etc. More and more often, we are ordering on other apps or going by foot to take away, because of this.
The app functionality, delivery, and waiting times are all really good, the only issue is with some restaurants being ridiculously overpriced, you set ridiculous prices, and then make them with offers to be the normal oroginal price, one restaurant the discounted prices on Bolt Food is set as the normal price, and an actual discount for that normal price. This is my issue.
