There's no way to change location... Why make the app available in the USA if nobody on the app speaks English? At least advertise it as such that people will know before investing any time, that it's a waist of energy and data. I'll give it a night because it's possible I'm overlooking something but developers should make location options better or simply advertise elsewhere.
