I signed up for a one week trial. After the trial they booked me for 2 months full service (which I didn't catch until the second month). There are no invoices and no way to check on the app or website the status of your account or how you are being billed. Three app has directions on how to cancel through the app, but I'd you signed up online you won't realize you have an open account. The only way to cancel otherwise is through email. They don't offer refunds as a policy.

Effective and easy! *Edit: DONT PAY I used it for about a week, and everything was great. And then the videos (showing trick instructions) disappeared, and it just goes to the timer... so you have no idea how to teach the trick. Now the contact us button won't work so I can't even contact them to stop my subscription. Google is not letting me cancel it through their manage subscription tab so I'm being charged for an app that's not even working correctly.
!!!!!! 0 STARS !!!!!!! I was forced to "subscribe" in order to see what this product was so about, once I was able to see the product it was not was I was looking for I canceled it. Now I'm forced to pay almost $100 bucks living on a fixed income of social security. This company refused to refund my money even though an obvious mistake was made. They can clearly see I never used their product after day 1.
Got me with the 3 month intro offer. And then I forgot all about it then was charged the whole amount. They refused to refund me back my money (during the holiday season) and said I should have read the terms of use. We all make mistakes especially after 3 months of not thinking about it. I'm just asking for my money back. *Update- woofz team reconsidered and was thoughtful enough to refund my money back. Thank you. Perhaps you should send reminders that payment will be due, to inform customers.
The inability to unsubscribe without contacting support is ridiculous. Would provide zero stars if that were an option. The app doesn't give any tips or tricks that aren't already common in training, and when you sign up, there is no mention of recurring charges. Maybe that's because I found a Facebook ad and signed up FOR TRIAL through there, but the fact is they took money out of my account for a SUBSCRIPTION I didn't even know I was signing up for. You can't cancel through Google Play. SCAM!
App is ok at best. Have a particular problem to solve? You can't just skip ahead. You have to mark things as complete to be able to move forward. Not sure you want to continue with your subscription? Make sure you don't forget to cancel RIGHT NOW! There are no refunds, no negotiations, and NO NOTICE THAT THEY ARE ABOUT TO CHARGE THE RENEWAL!!!
DON'T DO IT - This is a very deceptive company and app. I bought the intro $5 plan to check this out and there was nothing that showed I was signing up for a recurring subscription. It also isn’t billed through the App Store so you don’t see it show up in your subscriptions. There was not an email reminder or anything, just a $38.95 charge on my card after a short period. Also the information in the app is next to useless. UPDATE: I contacted the company and they refunded the $38.95 to my card.
I had trouble figuring out how to use the app. It's not at all intuitive. I wasn't using the app and, in fact, forgot I had it. I was charged 49.99 without notice because apparently I was on auto renew. Within 5 minutes of receiving notice that my PayPal account was charged I asked for a refund. They refused to refund my money. Reputable companies send notice that a subscription is going to renew. Not this one! They hope you will forget and charge your account.
Just so you know, it is a subscription. I was just looking for a fun app with ideas on more things we could train. This app is not that and I cannot speak to its functionality since I was unwilling to pay and it doesn't provide you with a preview or trial without your credit card information. Gives off slight scammy vibes. I won't give you my payment info to get a three day trial to see if the app even contains things we would find new or useful. My dog is already almost a pro.
This app is overly simplified and useless. Sadly, I paid in advance for 3 months! SCAM. You can get better information straight off the internet. Commands are not really in order, and you can't access a command directly. For example, in a couple of places it says to use the Look command, but I haven't found Look, and it should have its own section. Videos are too short and don't match the narration.
good experiences and training, they fixed a glitch I commented on. I wish I could see how long of training I had of lessons. a word bubble appears after you finish a session saying how many minutes are left to master it, but I can't see it whenever (or can't find prompt to bring it up). I know it's not a definitive timeline, but it's there, so I want to know it.
I downloaded the app because of a promotion where you'd get a refund for completing 30 consecutive days of training. I did everything required and emailed them at the end of the 30 days. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY CONTACT. Their little AI messenger is the only thing that responds and it can't help with the promo. the training works so if you're willing to pay the money for the training, go right ahead but if you're only willing to spend the money because of a promo, don't waste your time.
Terrible Cust Service! Signed up, site allowed for payment to go thru and then froze, not allowing me to create a username or password, thus not allowing me to log in and actually use the app. Contacted cust service and was eventually told that I canceled future payments (which I did as I didn't want to be charged a crazy price for NOTHING) and therefore deactivated my account (which was paid for 4 weeks). I don't even get what I paid for. If I could give it zero stars I would.
This app is a complete SCAM! I wish I would have read the reviews before ever signing up. I paid for one month, then decided it wasn't worth the price and canceled my subscription. Everything was fine... until 3 months later all of a sudden I was charged $58.99 for absolutely nothing! I contacted "support", got an AI message that they would get back to me and of course they never did. I had to close my debit card (total pain in my butt) to make sure they could never charge me again. FRAUD!!!!!!
I purchased the app with a trial offer with the promise of money back guarantee if I used it for 30 days. Life got in the way, I didnt use it every day, I don't get my money back. Fine....BUT...TEAD THE FINE PRINT! To my surprise I was charged $100 at the end of that 30 days! The way they have it show up, it looks like when signing up that it will be $19.99 per month. Nope! Goes to $99.95 after that. Are you kidding me? I could pay someone to train my dog for that much!!! The app is just okay...
Do NOT download. Have cancelled subscription but they have taken THREE further months of payment. Have contacted multiple times and have received ZERO responses. Edit - I have continually tried to log in but it keeps telling me 'Customer not found" so I can't even get in to cancel. It's incredible that this is the only way I can get a response as opposed to the multiple emails I have sent already.
Don't fall for this scam app. First, it doesn't help with potty training. Second and most importantly... That fee you are about to pay turns into $99 per month for an app that doesn't work and is auto-collected from your account. Also, "customer service" closes your request for assistance with no response.
horrible experience. everything the offer you can find anywhere. The first issue was how it started at $15 a month and then at 28 days you get charged $40. I used the app for maybe 4 days and found it annoying so since I didn't select auto renewal I thought I would let it run out. My lose right? Then when I got charged again and the transaction is pending they say in the assistant that I could get a refund and after offering transaction id, they tell me pretty much it's my fault.
WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ This app features sneaky auto renewal! I signed up for an initial training program but found the app frustrating because you can't skip around, you can only progress in order of lessons and if you're having any problems specific to your dog, there's no way to address it. But while I'm happy to try new things and take full responsibility for my initial payment, their customer service refused to refund me almost $100 that they charged me for the auto renewal that I didn't want.
