Customer service handled my issue very quickly and professionally. I received multiple responses from them. A very communicative company. I’m extremely happy with the outcome. About the app, have to say I am so thankful there is a bit more functionality on the free version than other dating apps. I also like the ability to filter which kind of girls I prefer. By the way, the filter system can get more options to filter out people who out of my preference.

It's possibly the best dating app there is. Sure, there's people here that's looking for hook ups, but there's also some who are looking for serious relationships. I actually met someone really nice, but it didn't last considering some personal information. But I 100% recommend this dating app, if you're shy and nervous irl. I'm still using it myself, you have to pay for a couple of things, but the things you need to pay for in my opinion aren't that worth it. You still get a daily rotation! 👍

Just like every dating app, there always far out. Also, begging to purchase , I have been using the app for a while now. Haven't found it useful. Especially with an app catered to plus sizes, it hasn't been a pleasant experience. When you buy there 24 hr boost, they can't match you if they do there 200+ miles.

I had the pay version of this app and everything was going great. Met some interesting people. My issue is that my account got banned, and it gives no information on why, nor does it let you appeal. I have no idea why I was reported as I wasnt doing anything other than having conversations. So I lost my money and the connection I had made. Anybody can report anyone else and you just get banned without any sort of review process. Very, very frustrating.

Easy interface. This is quite an awesome app. It helps me connect with real peoples, and have fun together. Definitely the best dating app I've tried. Few scammers and bots, the best of all is no boring ads. I'm looking for a serious relationship and the quality of people I'm talking with is second to none. It has a lots of options you dont need to pay for it you also can use most of them. I am so happy I found WooPlus!

Keeps charging my account after I requested cancelling. I emailed support two months ago and they continue to charge my account. I don't have the physical phone this was set up on. I've not emailed support 6 different times and tried chatting them on Facebook. I'm going to post screenshots of my requests if I can't get this fixed. Help!!!!

So I am rewriting my review from 5 stars to 3 after changing my account from free to paid. I don't think I got much for my money. I can't stop the app from trying to match me with people who live hundreds of miles away, I can't make the age range less than 10 years in my search preference (if you select minimum age 35 the maximum automatically goes to 45 which for me would be maybe 42). I also can't search based off of other profile information like smoking status or if they have children.

I have tried many other apps and deleted them all except wooplus. The people I've met are real, down to earth, and more beautiful than those other apps. I am still looking for the one, but I've met many wonderful people and made connections which I wasn't a le to do on other apps. To be fair with my critique of this app, I stated location is not available for search. With my statement I want to clarify I am a free user and as a free user, location is not available.

This app is atrocious. Where do I even begin? 1. 90% of this app's features, including MESSAGING PEOPLE THROUGH SEARCH, is behind a very expensive paywall - it's $9/month even if you pay for a full year. 2. Very slow loading times. 3. Sometimes you simply cannot use the app. When you open it up, it says that they cannot connect to the app. 4. Your phone does not receive notifications when you get a message from a match. 5. It took me MONTHS to figure out how to access my own profile.

Reviews suggested it wasn't a scam but i have to wonder. I got locked out of ALL access to the app after running out of cards about two months into a three month trial. Expanding horizons, if you will, wasn't an option. Okay, it wasn't for me, so i cancelled and again, lost ALL access in spite of still being owed a month of service. Now that month is over and i just got charged for another three months on a cancelled account because it turns out cancelling your subscription isnt the same as canc

I enjoy this app, but one problem I have is it's the same people constantly, no one new. & that's ok, it just limits things a bit. there's not much you can do with that until you get more users. I like that this is a place for larger women & men to feel more welcome, but honestly this app just reminds me of a more toned down, less creepy meetme, which makes it better than most dating apps.

It's a pretty decent app, but a LOT of it is behind a subscription wall and it doesn't seem to have very many active users. Edit: increasing my rating by 1 because the response team is on top of their game. Still though, you should at least be able to message one or two people a day if you're not a paid member, it's only reasonable. Being locked out of even talking to people without paying money is kind of weird tbh. I understand you guys need money, but still.

Simple to use, simple to get started, and really fair to all members—including those with basic membership—since you may participate in most activities, including talking, but not originate conversations. The app contains all the safety tools you require, such as blocking, reporting, and advising, and the support staff is available to help you if you need it. The environment is fantastic for the plus-size population without making them feel uncomfortable, and that is what matters most.

I seem to have the same issue as most other members. The location settings are horrible. I have a good conversation only to find he lives in another solar system (might as well). Customer service response is the same as well. The run around basically. When im on just about any other dating app. I put my location and radius and there you go! People in my area! This is a scam to keep members hooked. You think you have more options but the people are found further away. Lame

Most egregious dating app Ive used. I've had a ton of "matches" hidden behind a paywall, yet I've been swiping every other day and the number only goes up for weeks without ever showing me the profiles that have liked my profile. Also, it will tell you that there are no more people in your area, but if you make the filters more restrictive magically there are more profiles usually within a few miles! Odd right? don't waste your time. This is a garbage app mining for interactions.

I like it so far & there's actually cute guys on there! The only thing that's horrible about this app, is as soon as you go on, a screen pops up to show u that u matched w/ someone. I want to read my messages, but I have to sit there waiting for like 25+ screens to tell me all the ppl i matched with! Also, I don't like that ppl can just start chatting with me when we haven't even matched. Its a lot of blocking & deleting.

Not a bad interface, and I like the matching by questions answered and such. But you have to pay for anything/everything. To look at profiles, like them, see who liked you, messaging anyone. I get giving people a reason to sign up for premium services but if you can't really do anything but browse a little and like a few profiles before having to wait for a 24 hour cool down you're just wasting people's time. Especially being a new dating app with 1/10 the users of other apps.

Right off the bat, the app allows you to like and match with others, who are then able to communicate with you for free. I know that a good number of dating apps follow this design, but most are filled with bots and otherwise fake profiles. Not this app. With the current pricing being half the coat of others, I'm considering purchasing a year membership for just under $50. An entire year? Yes! 😉

I've only been using WooPlus for a few hours now, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed!! It's loaded with different features and has many things to do. You can be a paid member at a fair price, or you can earn stuff in order to send messages and gifts, etc. I'm hoping to meet a very special girl, and it's very possible I'll find her right here!!! Nice work developers!!!

I'm on ten different free apps and websites, and this is one of my top three. It's simple to use, straightforward, and allows you to start speaking and chat for as long as you like with the free features. I've also met some really nice folks on here. ;D My only two complaints are that it does not always inform you with a number in the upper right corner. Also, when browsing through, it's quite simple to swipe left or right by accident, especially if you're attempting to browse their other photographs.
