Customer service handled my issue very quickly and professionally. I received multiple responses from them. A very communicative company. I’m extremely happy with the outcome. About the app, have to say I am so thankful there is a bit more functionality on the free version than other dating apps. I also like the ability to filter which kind of girls I prefer. By the way, the filter system can get more options to filter out people who out of my preference.

It's possibly the best dating app there is. Sure, there's people here that's looking for hook ups, but there's also some who are looking for serious relationships. I actually met someone really nice, but it didn't last considering some personal information. But I 100% recommend this dating app, if you're shy and nervous irl. I'm still using it myself, you have to pay for a couple of things, but the things you need to pay for in my opinion aren't that worth it. You still get a daily rotation! 👍

Just like every dating app, there always far out. Also, begging to purchase , I have been using the app for a while now. Haven't found it useful. Especially with an app catered to plus sizes, it hasn't been a pleasant experience. When you buy there 24 hr boost, they can't match you if they do there 200+ miles.

I had the pay version of this app and everything was going great. Met some interesting people. My issue is that my account got banned, and it gives no information on why, nor does it let you appeal. I have no idea why I was reported as I wasnt doing anything other than having conversations. So I lost my money and the connection I had made. Anybody can report anyone else and you just get banned without any sort of review process. Very, very frustrating.

Easy interface. This is quite an awesome app. It helps me connect with real peoples, and have fun together. Definitely the best dating app I've tried. Few scammers and bots, the best of all is no boring ads. I'm looking for a serious relationship and the quality of people I'm talking with is second to none. It has a lots of options you dont need to pay for it you also can use most of them. I am so happy I found WooPlus!

Keeps charging my account after I requested cancelling. I emailed support two months ago and they continue to charge my account. I don't have the physical phone this was set up on. I've not emailed support 6 different times and tried chatting them on Facebook. I'm going to post screenshots of my requests if I can't get this fixed. Help!!!!

So I am rewriting my review from 5 stars to 3 after changing my account from free to paid. I don't think I got much for my money. I can't stop the app from trying to match me with people who live hundreds of miles away, I can't make the age range less than 10 years in my search preference (if you select minimum age 35 the maximum automatically goes to 45 which for me would be maybe 42). I also can't search based off of other profile information like smoking status or if they have children.

I have tried many other apps and deleted them all except wooplus. The people I've met are real, down to earth, and more beautiful than those other apps. I am still looking for the one, but I've met many wonderful people and made connections which I wasn't a le to do on other apps. To be fair with my critique of this app, I stated location is not available for search. With my statement I want to clarify I am a free user and as a free user, location is not available.

This app is atrocious. Where do I even begin? 1. 90% of this app's features, including MESSAGING PEOPLE THROUGH SEARCH, is behind a very expensive paywall - it's $9/month even if you pay for a full year. 2. Very slow loading times. 3. Sometimes you simply cannot use the app. When you open it up, it says that they cannot connect to the app. 4. Your phone does not receive notifications when you get a message from a match. 5. It took me MONTHS to figure out how to access my own profile.

Reviews suggested it wasn't a scam but i have to wonder. I got locked out of ALL access to the app after running out of cards about two months into a three month trial. Expanding horizons, if you will, wasn't an option. Okay, it wasn't for me, so i cancelled and again, lost ALL access in spite of still being owed a month of service. Now that month is over and i just got charged for another three months on a cancelled account because it turns out cancelling your subscription isnt the same as canc
