Love this app when I used it on my old phone (galaxy S9). Lost phone in lake and replaced with exactly the same phone and app won't open on this phone. Please help. This app works perfect for me when I can open it. Update App is now working perfectly! Great and quick customer service from the app developer. The only issue was with Google taking over a week to approve and forward the update. Highly recommend this application!

Update after some time: the app is perfect. The only downside i could point out is that i cannot access my data via a web interface, but only through the android app. It would very nice if there was a webapp to access the same data via a browser
very disappointed with last few updates. wouldn't let me stay on calendar page when I open the app. for daily entry, it used to come up the previous time entry, now I have to change start time everyday even I start at same time everyday. and I really want the "NOW" button back, it make thing easier.
Great app, great idea, but i have been looking for something that no timesheet aps habe given me uet, and so i always go back to pan and paper. It would be amazing if the app could clock in, then work day keeps rolling but at the same time be able to quickly add the tasks and description and each task beeing timed individually just to see my own efficiency and time wasted. Task time should not influence shift time as i get paid full 8 hrs so the task time is for one's own efficiency management!
I like most of it. No help menu. great invoices. I like the calendar portion. Doesn't seem to keep settings. When I use the back button on my phone, even after I close the app, settings change. Cannot keep a project deleted. Easy to use. Some improvement needed.
I have emailed support a few times with no response. So I am not using the reviews to hopefully receive some help. I am a paid subscriber with the Advance plan. My next payment of $49.99 is not until October 2021. With this subscription I'm supposed to have access to unlimited reports, invoices and etc. I am trying to generate a 2nd invoice for this month and I'm unable to. I'm being prompted to upgrade to something I've already paid for. Please advise. I have been happy with this app up til now but I wont be paying for anything that does not have basic tech support. I will adjust my star rating once this is resolved.
Would be great if you could on time purchase for $10 and leave it at that, instead it has a dumb subscription service. I would have easily paid $10-$20 one time just for the usefulness of the app. Functionality is great in my experience, other than the subscription only option to pay I have yet to have a complaint.
EDIT: Turning off the default value in settings does not make a difference except for the clock in/out times it logs. - It would be 5 stars if it would reset the clock and break clock with every new entry. It often changes to showing the total time for a previous day and adding the current time to that until you punch out, at which time it logs the correct time. The break clock also never resets unless you toggle the default value option in the settings, and even that doesn't always work.
Edit Dec 2021 - ever since the most recent update, the app struggles to open on my phone. I have to restart it frequently. Might have to look for a new app if this isn't resolved quickly. ******** I really enjoy this app for my needs. I can keep all my clients easily separated, and create professional looking invoices.
Purchase the monthly plan to be able to create and email invoices and once again i cannot email the invoices, as the app shuts down. Why am I paying when I'm unable to utilize the services I am paying for? Is there another update? Otherwise very useful as far as tracking time and I love the invoice template....that's why I'm so disappointed. Update my review? This was a previous issue but it is doing it again, hence my review once again.
