Reviews for WorkJam
← Back to WorkJamsince the update, I haven't been receiving notifications. *update* the issues haves since been resolved. Just took a few months to get the glitches out. works great at the moment 👌
been having trouble with this app something needs to be done if there's some bugs that needs to be fixed I can't log into work or I have to call the help desk to get this fixed the app works at times and then it stops not happy
I hate this app. It's so hard to clock in. If you're not scheduled, you can't clock in if you pick up a shift. You have to be in range and it's so picky about it.
Biggest piece of garbage. It used to leave you logged after you were finished, now you need to relog in every time, even if you've told it to not ask to. Silly to have to relog in every time, even when using figure print verification. Uninstalled and just taking a photo of my schedule instead.
I am not receiving notifications. I miss out on important messages and schedule updates/changes. I am constantly uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then, the notifications stop. I dont like the way your messages can be seen as viewed. I want to read a message without someone knowing I have. So I have time to reply. You can't always reply straight away. There should be an option to remove this feature. Also, I keep getting logged out of the app. Then, you have to use the authenticator app.
one of the worst job apps I've ever dealt with. I have to restart my phone constantly because the app says I'm not at work when I'm literally standing outside the door. it also has issues clocking you in and out. you "punched in" but it doesn't acknowledge it a lot of times
The app is helpful but limits me on picking up shifts that co workers need Coverd. I am a U.S. citizen and shouldn't be limited on work. I shouldn't have to take extra steps just to cover someone else's shifts. The company allows me to cover co workers why won't the app allow this. Based on hours, I live in Michigan and a normal work week is 40hours, and part time is 39 hours or less.
Absolute garbage is this app. All it does is give me non-stop trouble signing in. Every time I sign in, I find myself having to go back and forth between this and the authenticator app. Plus, I have trouble putting in the verification code because I can't find the spot to put it in. Whoever designed this crummy app deserves to be fired.
This app is horrible. I had to reinstall it 4 tubes because it stopped working. I also have to have 2 apps just to use 1 which is taking up space in my phone. if you open the app and not log in the app unlogged me completely and I had to get approved again with the authenticator app. there has to be a better app available. if I didn't need to for work I wouldn't use it at all.
I love this app. It is so effective at keeping up with my schedule and coworkers. I like that I can communicate with my Coworkers. As a Manager, I am able to offer up call out shifts to other associates and get them filled quickly. Recently though, the Timecard portion on the app has stopped working. It will load for a second and then when I refresh it then it says there was a problem. It could not connect with the server : I hope this can be fixed soon.
Worthless app. I have an Android phone. No matter what I do, this app will not send me notifications or emails. I have uninstalled multiple times. I have checked all settings EVERYWHERE. You have to constantly sign in and type in your full username and password, then wait for a code. Stupid. My friend has Apple and it works for her.
It's fine when it works, it just crashes all the time. I have required video trainings and 50% of the time I can't get to them when I need to. Loading times are unnecessarily long even when on WiFi and I never get notifications on time no matter how often I update notification settings. It also works weird with my location so I can't punch in when I get in the doors but I can when I'm in the parking lot??
Absolute worst app! Auto logs you out every few days, you constantly have to reset your password it's literally the biggest nightmare! This app always crashes & is a daily problem! I don't know anyone at work who has never had issues! It's unanimous at my job! Work Jam sucks! We are begging them to stop using it but corporate won't allow it! Notifications are often & usually unimportant, I can't even reset my own password I have to go to work and call a 1800 number with my manager to approve it
This app is good to use.... When it wants to. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or data. For some reason it clocks me out at random times and clocks me back in again at the same time. It loads too long, and makes me late on my punches sometimes, and doesn't like to connect to either wifi or data. Sometimes I have to switch between the two multiple times until I can get it to work. I don't like that it does this, because then I'm not getting my full hours and getting in trouble for late punches.
This app is trash. It took over a month from my hire date for the authentication error to be resolved (logging in takes you to a blank page that never loads.) If your manager calls technically support, they don't know what to do if your login is spelled correctly. The ticket was escalated, and they left me a voice mail telling me to make sure my login info is correct, and that would fix the problem. Eventually, they fixed the authentication problem, but now it's happening again.
Very frustrating experience. First of all, I can't clock in or out on it at all, I HAVE to use a computer at work and clock in to Kronos there. It says I am always "out of range" of the store even though I AM PHYSICALLY IN THE STORE. To top that off, I cannot comment on anything, or look at mini trainings like my job wants me to look at, so I now have to do my mini trainings FROM AN IPAD AT THE STORE! HMMM seems a little funny how WorkJam really works on iOS better. I smell favoritism. Horrible.
Very annoying app. I suddenly can't find where to view my messages. The place just disappeared. And when I click on my message notifications it just takes me home. I also can't request days off, offer my shift for people to just grab, it has to be to a specific person, and even then it doesn't give me all the options of who to give it to. Crew was so much better.
I hate this app so much. I've had nothing but issues with logging in on both my jobs separately. Not to mention, there's an option to add account, but it's not like I can swith easily back and forth between the two. I have to log off one to log into the other. I get that all of this is supposed to keep our information safe, but having difficulties for seemingly no reason is frustrating. Not to mention, to speak to the support for the app, I have to create ANOTHER account with their website.
Horrible app. Messages take over 15 seconds to load, sometimes they don't even load. All the notifications show up when I open my phone instead of when they were actually sent. Pressing any of the notifications doesn't even take you to them, just opens the app. Would not recommend for any workplace.
