Everything [COMPANY NAME] at my fingertips. And with the frequent login, it’s user inactivity that causes it or at certain times of the day it will ask to verify user’s credentials.

since the update, I haven’t been receiving notifications. *update* the issues haves since been resolved. Just took a few months to get the glitches out. works great at the moment 👌

been having trouble with this app something needs to be done if there’s some bugs that needs to be fixed I can’t log into work or I have to call the help desk to get this fixed the app works at times and then it stops not happy

I hate this app. It’s so hard to clock in. If you’re not scheduled, you can’t clock in if you pick up a shift. You have to be in range and it’s so picky about it.

Biggest piece of garbage. It used to leave you logged after you were finished, now you need to relog in every time, even if you’ve told it to not ask to. Silly to have to relog in every time, even when using figure print verification. Uninstalled and just taking a photo of my schedule instead.

I am not receiving notifications. I miss out on important messages and schedule updates/changes. I am constantly uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then, the notifications stop. one of the worst job apps I’ve ever dealt with. I have to restart my phone constantly because the app says I’m not at work when I’m literally standing outside the door. it also has issues clocking you in and out. you “punched in” but it doesn’t acknowledge it a lot of times

Horrible app. Messages take over 15 seconds to load, sometimes they don’t even load. All the notifications show up when I open my phone instead of when they were actually sent. Pressing any of the notifications doesn’t even take you to them, just opens the app. Would not recommend for any workplace.
