Scam and poor customer support. If you cancel it will be with immediate effect and you will not get a refund. I paid for a year and didn't want it to auto renew so I cancelled the subscription but now I'm unable to use the 12 months I paid for and can't get a refund, I tried emailing customer support but there is no response after 7 days.
This is a great app. I've been using it multiple days a week for about a year. Things I would love to see added to it: Typical gym equipment, like crew machines and rope pulls. It would also be great if it included outdoor activities like running, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and typical sports.
Best fitness app for me, so far! If I don't have equipment or if I want to do a different exercise, same muscle group, app provides SEVERAL alternatives. The timer/rep count/logging is in one place, so logging is simple & quick. Previously saved exercises with weight/reps is saved and auto populates when you repeat the same exercise in a different session. First program generated for me was perfect considering time, goal, experience & limitations 🥹. Not sure if the app has HIIT workouts. ❤️
I love how it helps me to choose training sequence according to my need. Instructions are easy to follow with personal weigh lifting exercises come in various ways. There are options for type of exercises, either for beginner or for pro. Also have inside timer and stopwatch to help measure each exercise we take. So far I've been subscribe for 3 years. Oh if you cancel subscription, they will offer you great discounted price.
In the app, while purchasing yearly plan, they show offer banner valid for 5 min, for the price 999 INR for 1 year, but while doing the payment using gpay, its asking full amount 4999 INR. Why are you showing such false information, is that offer cannot be applied? Also when I clicked on Contact Us, to share this feedback. It doesn't show any text box, but just an info text "select something to share" and not allowing customers to enter anything.
The unpaid version of the app just stopped working after about 3 months. I can still edit routines, but there is no way to log workouts. It goes straight to the paywall. There is no mention of a limited time to use the unpaid version. I tried to use just the unpaid features, but it seems that the moderators or the supposed AI blocks users from logging workouts.
As a person where money is tight. I am looking for free apps..i dont mind ads...when i see and download apps that claim to be free. Maybe what they need to say is free for 3 days..after that you can look but zero interaction unless you pay up. Its irritating to try and open the app only for it to show a workout but you cannot open the workout..cannot interact..cannot progress. I wpuld not recommend this app based on the bait and switch
The pros: good price, a good amount of exercises, good data keeping. The Cons: to look for workouts, you have to type them in specifically the way they have them, some common workouts are missing, the ai generated workouts feel are more like randomly generated and not really specific like other workouts apps. Overall, good app for beginners.
Searching exercises is a pain since you need to type the exact name that the app uses. So if you type barbell overhead press you will not see it in the search since the app calls it military press. You also can't look at other routines while you are currently in a workout, it will end the workout and then you have to start over. The AI feature is a gimmick and does not measure muscle wear at less than 10 RPE. I did 3 sets of crutches and the app thinks my abs are at 0%. Not worth paying for.
I tried out Fit AI for one session. However I discovered that it required a bench for many of the workouts - which I don't own - and it was difficult to find a workaround. I deleted the app without realizing that I failed to cancel the trial. I realized a week later when I was charged $106.99. I immediately emailed again and again, but they refused to respond to my request for a refund. THEY REPLIED HERE FOR THE LOOK, BUT STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY EMAILS.
