I have a completed background check which shows all clear, however , in the app it says my criminal background failed. I tried contacting support several times over the past week and NO ONE is helping! It takes forever to get a response from ANYONE and theyre super unhelpful in helping you resolve your problem. I have my completed check from THEIR provider Yardstik and it says all is clear (as it should) and they keep telling me o have to upload more to yardstick as the check hasn't completed.

My app has been frozen for two days. I reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. I even tried downloading it on a different phone. I have shifts scheduled that I can't view. I emailed support and the have been zero help. All I got was three different people on the same email thread telling me to restart the app.

SMH! Workwhilejobs is a scam! Why is it when you waste your time doing a background check and onboarding paperwork just to be placed on the wait-list and Workwhile doesn't advise that it's an on call job app only. I took a screenshot of how they claim to have 72 plus job openings, but I only have 4 wait list available for myself. My rating is high, but it has been a month. In addition, the companies they select for you are military veteran owned and are misogynistic demons. What a wasteoftime!

The app makes it seem like you'll be able to choose from a wide variety if different shifts and companies to work with. I don't know what it looks like in other parts of the state, but here in Cali near LA, you get one single employer: Jitsu. It's a delivery driver gig, and I'm down for that. You have to download their app, go through and sign up process, and then there's no spots available. So, essentially, this app gives you nothing since you can't be a driver for the one employer they sponser

No response from companybregarding a potential account deletion/deactivation request. I understand it's not their fault that most jobs are too far for me, but a response to my request, or even a alternative solution to my issue would give me some confidence in the app. The lack of response is concerning, especially since if there was issues with my pay, and no response after 24 hours, I would have to go the labor department. EDIT: finally responded, at least.

Today, I just seen the ad & thought I would give it a try, so I downloaded the app to create account to see what jobs in the area around me. Well, tried 2x and I clicked where it said "create account", and all it does is freeze or the circle keeps going around THEN it boots you out back to the beginning page! I'm not even signed up all the way and this app is already giving me trouble! It's a NO for me now, and I really wanted to try it today and get extra little bit of money. App sucks!

Login section is terrible, I cant even see what I'm typing the letters are the same color as the background. Edit: Looks like its not just the login the whole app is like that so if you have to type in any info guess you just have to hope and pray you dont have any typos, thats honestly annoying enough to make me not want to use this app.

There are no jobs available at all....I mean zero , none ...and you have the option to get put on the wait list. Tried this many times ...nope nothing ...also most of the jobs are in the same field ( warehouse, delivery driver) and that's it ...so dont expect much variety as they seem to only be çontracted with three companies and there are no openings? Why they INSIST you do this stupid orientation that they are so strict about rescheduling ( come to find out it's virtual and u watch a video!)

The worst app on planet Earth.Sent me approximately 30 messages in 2 days about the same job, and its the only one they ever offered me in the 1 year plus since I signed up.And it's ONLY 3 HOURS AWAY!And you cannot actually use the app, as it keeps telling you to "update" the app despite being the most recent version, and that was also true a year ago, and despite many complaints about this by many people in the reviews they have not fixed it AFTER A YEAR! Do not waste your time.GARBAGE!!!!

New user, just installed the app and can't create an account. The first step of to enter my phone number and it won't let me... Edit- the text in the boxes where you enter your phone number, then later your email, password, name doesn't show up. I entered my information blindly and it worked but it was difficult to make sure I entered it correctly. Orientation was easy.... Any box that is required to type in information is glitched, can't see what you type
