Been using the Xero Accounting app for my small business for a couple months now. It’s basically an all-in-one tool for handling invoices, receipts, expenses, and bookkeeping. Pretty solid app if you’re running a business and need to keep everything organized.
The main features are pretty straightforward – you can create and send invoices right from the app, track your expenses and receipts, and even do bank reconciliation. And there’s also a bunch of reports and insights to help you stay on top of your cash flow and accounting. Took me a little while to figure some of it out, but overall it’s user-friendly.
Look, if you’re a small business owner who’s tired of messing with spreadsheets and paper receipts, you’ll probably really like Xero. It’s not perfect – the mobile app is a bit limited compared to the desktop version – but it gets the job done. Worth checking out if you want to simplify your business finances.

I've tested a bunch of accounting and bookkeeping apps for small businesses, and Xero is one of the better ones I've tried. The mobile app has a nice clean design and the core features like invoicing, expense tracking, and reporting work really well. It syncs seamlessly with your bank accounts too, which is super convenient. The only downside is that some of the more advanced accounting tools are only available on the desktop, so you're a bit limited on the go. But overall, Xero is a pretty solid option if you need to manage your business finances from your phone.

doesn't even upload all the bank transactions to reconcile, just the recent 7 days. hard to reach their support. bad experience so far.

Was a great, simple bit if kit. Now with continual price increases, functions thst aren't needed, I'm left with paying more for less. Avoid!
