doesn't even upload all the bank transactions to reconcile, just the recent 7 days. hard to reach their support. bad experience so far.

Some desktop features aren't available in the app which can be annoying when you need to make changes but otherwise a very good app for my business.

randomly suspended account, and not available in Australia is the message I get, I'll miss an invoice period, this has now cost me far more than the subscription fee I'll be finding another platform unacceptable

Really buggy app, tap to pay in particular is terrible and really unreliable half the time it just won't load, or people's cards constantly decline.

The app is incredibly basic. This day and age should be able to manage more of your finances not just matching transactions and looking at invoices.

Was a great, simple bit if kit. Now with continual price increases, functions thst aren't needed, I'm left with paying more for less. Avoid!

could have better invoice template editing options I use the Web version and I'd like to add boxes like po numbers or tax accounting information to my invoice templates. The template editing could be more flexible.

great software, but practically unusable without internet connection. If I want to draft an invoice or upload a file, I can't without internet connection. If I save an invoice with spotty connection, often I lose the invoice entirely when I go to retrieve it, meaning I have to redo large invoices because of this insistence on constant connection. Surely it could save a file locally until a connection is available? A better offline experience would make this app near perfect, please fix it!

I got invited to this app and it is a absolute nightmare from Hell because it does not work and verification and verification codes do not work at all.

the app is hugely under powered... simple things like add a new customer does not allow for adding vat number or discount... try making an invoice, also can't add a discount - very disappointing

This definitely was 5 stars but I don't know why but now on the mobile app the gst amount doesn't show up above total for invoices or quotes I'm someone who uses only the app to send quotes invoices etc and I also use it to see how much gst I need to transfer off each job now I have to log into the xero on my computer at home just to check it's a total pain in the a#$ especially when you're out on a job etc the way it was was great now it's so stressful Are you planning on adding gst total back

this was a nightmare to just log into. I download the app then it says I need to authenticat so I have to download a second app. I'm bouncing between two screens that keep timing out resulting in repeat the process alot. finally I get a key in and then I need to verify a second email, more timing out and repeating. I finally email them and get no help. i went through hell just to log in. after multiple monthly charges I have yet to use the app. trying to cancel is just as hard. don't recommend

ability to take payment via paywave has suddenly stopped I have a new phone. it just comes up with an error saying unable to load a page when the paywave transaction is trying to go through. edit: submitting a case with Xero was a ridiculous waste of time. did not fix the issue!! took ages to get replies!! edit: Soo I'm still having the same issue. it does only occur when using a physical card. Any card! ... If the client uses their phone to tap and pay, it goes through fine!! sooo this is bad!

Lacks all of the functionality of the website based version, meaning it's difficult to use at times. Also, it's recently started overlaying the Dashboard when trying to view Sales or Purchases, rendwring it almost unusable. To be honest, for the price we pay for Xero subscription, this app is very poor and needs some serious work to make it better.

predatory pricing, immediate charge and loss of features to downgrade, no notices, no emails of price changes just automatic bills. You can't even use the app to control your subscription or other basic things. not worth the subscription for this level of basic functionality in today's age. EDIT in reply to the generic bot answer, that answers nothing and addresses nothing. People there are better solutions and corporations like this are only getting worse. don't support them.

4th price increase in 3 years? I started with $34/month. Just got a notification for the 4th price increase to $55/month. There have been absolutely no features added during this time that I have been using. I only need the basic accounting features. Thanks for giving notice until October 1. It will give me enough time to switch to your competitor's product, which is priced today at $35/month. Good luck keeping your current customers.

They keep putting the price up, but add no new useful features. For example, invoice emails contain the amount at the top of the email in very large bold text to the point at which it's vulgar. There's no way of removing it and they don't seem to care about it as a feature request. It's really unprofessional. There's nothing really to justify the almost 100% price increase in the last few years. Also, they are paying for 5* reviews with bot-like comments of "awesome software" and "fantastic"

I wanted to use the app to add payments to invoices on the fly. I can't because every invoice in the app is either under or over by 23c of the actual invoiced amount. Thought I was going mad but the invoice amounts are completely normal in the browser version, so this strange bug only occurs in the app. Very odd, will be uninstalling.

No support, absolutely horrific software. Can't import account information. Can't reconcile. It literally can't do anything that Google spreadsheets can do? You have to manually input account balances (like Spreadsheet) and then manually input expenses. So, it's overpriced spreadsheet that has tricked a lot of people. Go to QBO, there you can track purchases right there, they auto generate. It keeps balances, you can pay bills. This app is useless. Don't be dumb and pay for a spreadsheet.
