doesn't even upload all the bank transactions to reconcile, just the recent 7 days. hard to reach their support. bad experience so far.

Some desktop features aren't available in the app which can be annoying when you need to make changes but otherwise a very good app for my business.

randomly suspended account, and not available in Australia is the message I get, I'll miss an invoice period, this has now cost me far more than the subscription fee I'll be finding another platform unacceptable

Really buggy app, tap to pay in particular is terrible and really unreliable half the time it just won't load, or people's cards constantly decline.

The app is incredibly basic. This day and age should be able to manage more of your finances not just matching transactions and looking at invoices.

Was a great, simple bit if kit. Now with continual price increases, functions thst aren't needed, I'm left with paying more for less. Avoid!

could have better invoice template editing options I use the Web version and I'd like to add boxes like po numbers or tax accounting information to my invoice templates. The template editing could be more flexible.

great software, but practically unusable without internet connection. If I want to draft an invoice or upload a file, I can't without internet connection. If I save an invoice with spotty connection, often I lose the invoice entirely when I go to retrieve it, meaning I have to redo large invoices because of this insistence on constant connection. Surely it could save a file locally until a connection is available? A better offline experience would make this app near perfect, please fix it!

I got invited to this app and it is a absolute nightmare from Hell because it does not work and verification and verification codes do not work at all.
