You download the App and it instantly starts to ask you for payment subscription without prior trial. I have just uninstalled. Thank you, not interested.

I haven't used the program enough cuz I've only had it about 5 minutes since downloading it and taking one picture but so far so good if you guys have any programs like-minded in this program please contact me back I am a avid user

Useless. No good way to save documents scanned. You have to search for document. It should have its own folder that scanned documents go into.

When you thought it's free. Yeah you can take the photo but needs to pay after in order to convert it into document. Not really sure though it can convert 💀 scammers

Im interested with this application, but I can't spend on such thing, that I didn't try yet. Please let us try it for free, not with such trick will be required to pay upon due of trial version. Let ys try for 1-3 days, then let us decide after that.

Money grabbing app, You need to subscribe before you can use the free trial. Overall a manipulative app. what the use of it if you can only use the converter if you subscribed. Do not, in any circumstance download this app.

Deleted the app, discontinued the service still got charged. This is NOT GOING TO WORK!!! I have an edit, today I received notification that attempts were still being made to charge me for an app that has been canceled and removed.

The App does not really do what it says it do on their facebook ad. Maybe if you will have the paid version, it's going to. The fee is bigger than how much I will need it. So not today.

This app sucks. Its slow. Can only send one scanned item at a time and when you do it changes the file name from what you name it. Tried to convert to a pdf and it just "spins". Don't even download this pos app.

After reading that this app shares your documents with 3rd party's, I rather not download this app. There will be lots of private info on certain documents that I don't need a 3rd Party knowing. Also everything you upload or download cannot be deleted. No thank you....

I don't know why the scanner app automatically took my money from my gcash without my permission. if possible please return my money which is 1200 pesos I need the other payment for our electricity bill. You guys are terrible if you get money even without permission from what I thought was easy to earn, but then it just ends up in that useless scanner app. This xscan apps literally a big scam.

Just downloaded the app. It easy to see why people complain about having to pay. It's not easy or obvious to get to the free version. A lot of your potential customers like me only need a scanner a couple times a year. The ones who need it more are going to go for the trial.

I will write again...(later) as this app has tried to be a good app, let's just put it that way. Everytime I try to use it, it will freeze up on me and I am not able to scan. This is why I waited to try again it's still is not scanning at all freezes please give me your advice?

Welp.......At least the Moment you open app it tells you to pay to use it. So you can uninstall and go about your way to find another app not spending 15-20 min setting all these settings and permissions up like most apps would want you to THEN tell u O HEY these first 7 days are free then it's 70$ So there is that

They offer a 3 day trial period, which right after starting it I canceled the subscription and they still charged my card for the yearly subscription. I would recommend using ANY other scanning app. This kind of approach is just unacceptable and terribly dishonest.

I just downloaded and haven't tried it yet, because of the feedback I'm not going to try, and uninstalling, I'm not going to use an app that will going to interrupt me in using it properly, there are tons of free apps like this, or some with ads but not so aggressive, hey it's 2023 people hates ads, if your ads are aggressive they will hate your company.

I checked the reviews and frankly a 1 or 2 word negative response I thought wasn't fair. So I downloaded the app to see for myself. In your response to the reviews you state it has a free limited version. So I ran xscan but the only way to try it is to push the subscription button which then sets it up in The Play Store with a 7 day trial and then $4.99 a week. Then in the app you must push the premium button to use it or it only takes an image but you can't do much of anything with it.

App is super limited without having to subscribe. Super unfortunate you want $5 a WEEK instead of something more a month altogether. This is one of those subscription models where they just hope you forget you unsubscribe so they money out of you. EDIT: don't even bother. the subscription trial broke, so I couldn't even USE the app to begin with, and trying to cancel/ restarting the trial makes me completely ineligible to get the free trial again. cool. that was a ton of wasted time.

I was looking to turn a picture of a resume into a pdf file but it jumbled everything up so badly that I lost several sections and it's probably going to take me an hour at least to get everything put in the right place. The document isn't even in a weird order or anything. Also should be able to make documents look pretty for $40 just saying.

Horrible Experience, I used the service on August 1st The free trial was canceled by me the same day. Since then I have been charged every week. I have contacted x scan along with google play. They do not let you send your request when you submit it. I don't know if it is technical support or what? But this has been an ongoing issue. I should not have to cancel out my debit card and order to stop payments.
