I've tested a bunch of car diagnostic apps and Xtool Anyscan is one of the best I've found. It's got all the features you'd expect from a pro-level tool, but at a fraction of the cost. And in my experience, the scanning and troubleshooting capabilities are top-notch. Sure, the interface could be a little more intuitive, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty easy to use. Definitely recommend this if you want a powerful yet affordable way to diagnose and fix issues with your vehicle.

Been using the Xtool Anyscan for a couple months now. It’s basically a professional-grade car diagnostic tool that lets you scan and fix issues with your vehicle. Pretty solid app if you’re into working on cars.

Here’s what you can do: you can read and clear error codes, check sensor data, and run all kinds of system tests. There’s also special functions like ECU coding and bi-directional controls – took me a while to figure those out but they’re super useful. And the coverage is impressive, works with most American, Asian, and European cars.

Look, if you’re a DIY mechanic or run a small repair shop, you’ll probably love this. It’s not perfect – the menus can be a bit confusing sometimes – but overall it does the job and is way cheaper than dealer-level diagnostic tools. Worth checking out for sure.

Works great on certain models only. Does not support Opel in any way.

Only about half of the features work. Mode 6 and Record data features do not work at all. Last time I used it, all sorts of lights flashed on the...
