Love the app. The user interface needs a update to not cut off the right side of the app in Android. I'm on an updated pixel 6a.

The app keep failing... I tried to reinstall it on my phone hoping it will work... But same issue... I wonder why the reviews went so much down since my first installation! The app needs fixing

device only works with this 1 app and about 1/4 of the app works with my car. adapter costs $300 so a major rippoff. i brought a $10 adapter and that works on 5 apps fully that i have and 4 on PC so ill be getting a refund on this stupid useless $300 device.

Works great on certain models only. Does not support Opel in any way.

Only about half of the features work. Mode 6 and Record data features do not work at all. Last time I used it, all sorts of lights flashed on the dashboard randomly. I'm a little scared to use it now because I don't want it to damage anything.

The latest version is broken 4.39.4. Just a blank white screen. Please fix it. Rebooted, clear data and cache all doesn't work. Uninstall and install also did not work. The previous version 4.39.1 worked well. Update: Giving 5 stars after xtool rectified the problem within 12 hours of reporting. The support is excellent. Now 4.39.8 is working.

Slow and no way to "cancel". Does not read VIN. Have to uninstall the app to get it to stop. No longer have auth codes to reinstall. Just a waste of money. .

This app is really good, overall like the experience. Straight forward and to the point. Didn't have any problems, expect with the new update they just put out. 4.39.4, when I try to go in the app, it just pops up a white screen and doesn't load at all. Please fix this problem 🙏😭 Update - They fixed the issue with the white screen 😌

Any questions all ways answered less than 24hr Only scanner I've ever needed! I've got a really touchy Ford that has transmission issues so it's nice to be able to use the bi-directional control to go in and activate firm shift. Also, radiator fan is also an issue and it's nice to be able to go in and activate it through the PCM with the scanner!!

Fast, convenient. However, the interface could be more user-friendly - it should memorize vin and don't scan it every time. Also, milage in km wrongly multiplied by 1.6 - km and mi mixed in report. Otherwise good scanner app. Update: when are you going to fix miles conversion issue from above? I will drop a star each month.

Great OBD app tool ever hoping to see ELM 327 OD2 integration.

I would rate app 5 stars but due to a little caveat with app screen not fitting completely on device I'll take ½ star. 7" tablet navigation bar covers bottom portion of app and also on Samsung Galaxy s23 width of app larger than screen. other than that I love the app and it's functionality.

app works great for the most part. navigation could be easier but other than that it's a very useful tool.

does great but still needs improvement. more American owned cars support. it cool there is Lamborghini and the likes... but what about the average everyday cars we drive in the USA. a lot of the vehicle brands aren't even available in the U.S. need more USA features for Asian, european, japanese, and US vehicles. and would it kill you to add some immo, or key programming?

Everything works perfectly fine together with the Xtool A30M and my phone Samsung Galaxy S21. No errors. I used it to bleed air from the ABS Module on a 2013 Honda Accord EX-L. I also tried it on a 2018 Toyota Tacoma, and everything in the app works fine. What I also like is that it has free updates within the app. Yes, I do recommend it..

The device is good and is helpful, there are few things that are not available. I think with time it will be added. I also think a demonstration software must be to support new users. Thank you

So far, the tool itself works great. It shows kilometers even though I adjusted the settings. The main issue is that it won't email the report. I've tried multiple times with no luck. 5/15/2025 - still working fine. But the latest update stretched the screen out so it no longer fits within the phone screen. I'm not sure why they did that

The device itself is solid, other than the location of the voltage display. I've used it on about 10 different vehicles so far and it's obstructed on all of them. The app is definitely full of bugs and issues. it definitely needs lots of improvement. Navigation is painful and designed as if you are usinf an actial scanner with just a few buttons available. Saab 9-7x diagnostics are broken so bad its not even funny. 3394 *Active* DTCs came up on Auto Scan
