Love the app. The user interface needs a update to not cut off the right side of the app in Android. I'm on an updated pixel 6a.

The app keep failing... I tried to reinstall it on my phone hoping it will work... But same issue... I wonder why the reviews went so much down since my first installation! The app needs fixing

device only works with this 1 app and about 1/4 of the app works with my car. adapter costs $300 so a major rippoff. i brought a $10 adapter and that works on 5 apps fully that i have and 4 on PC so ill be getting a refund on this stupid useless $300 device.

Works great on certain models only. Does not support Opel in any way.

Only about half of the features work. Mode 6 and Record data features do not work at all. Last time I used it, all sorts of lights flashed on the dashboard randomly. I'm a little scared to use it now because I don't want it to damage anything.

The latest version is broken 4.39.4. Just a blank white screen. Please fix it. Rebooted, clear data and cache all doesn't work. Uninstall and install also did not work. The previous version 4.39.1 worked well. Update: Giving 5 stars after xtool rectified the problem within 12 hours of reporting. The support is excellent. Now 4.39.8 is working.

Slow and no way to "cancel". Does not read VIN. Have to uninstall the app to get it to stop. No longer have auth codes to reinstall. Just a waste of money. .

This app is really good, overall like the experience. Straight forward and to the point. Didn't have any problems, expect with the new update they just put out. 4.39.4, when I try to go in the app, it just pops up a white screen and doesn't load at all. Please fix this problem 🙏😭 Update - They fixed the issue with the white screen 😌

Any questions all ways answered less than 24hr Only scanner I've ever needed! I've got a really touchy Ford that has transmission issues so it's nice to be able to use the bi-directional control to go in and activate firm shift. Also, radiator fan is also an issue and it's nice to be able to go in and activate it through the PCM with the scanner!!
