support ignoring tickets. the ride was 30 min late i can get low amount of drivers but after i texted support with all the details he just ignored me. its been 30 minutes still no driver or answer from support.
Useless app. Cannot create an account because SMS codes never arrive to mobile. Tried two numbers. You NEED to have email as an option if you can't get SMS to work. App deleted. I'll stick with Bolt...
Their estimated 2-3 minutes of waiting time easily turns into 15 minutes if there's traffic. The app clearly ignores the traffic conditions on purpose to trick people into ordering a taxi
In Uzbekistan, service is 0 for Yandex Go. Support Serive does not reply or solve your issues. They don't care about customers, and it takes ages to get a reply from them. Especially for foods, fake and misleading information are given. photos of foods are not actual. Yandex is using misleading information to attract custumers. And, they are not taking any responsibility. Go for Uzum delivery, it is more reliable.
very bad experience with them. i lost my phone in one of the taxis i called the support team to give me his number according to the clear information given and they gave me 2 wrong numbers of different taxi drivers. very bad support team. finally i called the police and they helped me.
cargo delivery: cant contact delivery driver, by clicking on phone button - it asks for extra number which I have no idea where to get. it's difficult to fill data for cargo delivery. already entered data got lost or altered to previously filled data from time to time. the rest of the app good
Only allows setting up using a phone number. What is this 2005? I'm traveling halfway around the planet and the taxis here apparently use this app but I can't use the system because Yandex won't do fingerprints or email or Whatsapp or any other kind of authentication.
I used this app in Bishkek and was negatively surprised. many drivers doesn't know the city sometimes at all and just follow route yandex go is offering... the price could be 2.5 times more to the same address from same location ... there were plenty taxi services around Bishkek in previous years so the customer can freely choose from. Now taxi dictates whether customer will be taken and the price is different every time for the same destination.
Horrible! The app had a bug debiting my (usual) card, so I was stuck at night without a chance to call a taxi. It was not possible to contact support and resolve the problem - all my questions remained unanswered. Absolute decay of service due to absence of competition.
The app works well most of the time. There was a time when it locked me out (in Yerevan) and I could not get back in. I had to use another phone with another number, and reinstall the app. That was quite inconvenient. Otherwise, the app works well.
