support ignoring tickets. the ride was 30 min late i can get low amount of drivers but after i texted support with all the details he just ignored me. its been 30 minutes still no driver or answer from support.

Useless app. Cannot create an account because SMS codes never arrive to mobile. Tried two numbers. You NEED to have email as an option if you can't get SMS to work. App deleted. I'll stick with Bolt...

Their estimated 2-3 minutes of waiting time easily turns into 15 minutes if there's traffic. The app clearly ignores the traffic conditions on purpose to trick people into ordering a taxi

In Uzbekistan, service is 0 for Yandex Go. Support Serive does not reply or solve your issues. They don't care about customers, and it takes ages to get a reply from them. Especially for foods, fake and misleading information are given. photos of foods are not actual. Yandex is using misleading information to attract custumers. And, they are not taking any responsibility. Go for Uzum delivery, it is more reliable.

very bad experience with them. i lost my phone in one of the taxis i called the support team to give me his number according to the clear information given and they gave me 2 wrong numbers of different taxi drivers. very bad support team. finally i called the police and they helped me.

cargo delivery: cant contact delivery driver, by clicking on phone button - it asks for extra number which I have no idea where to get. it's difficult to fill data for cargo delivery. already entered data got lost or altered to previously filled data from time to time. the rest of the app good

Only allows setting up using a phone number. What is this 2005? I'm traveling halfway around the planet and the taxis here apparently use this app but I can't use the system because Yandex won't do fingerprints or email or Whatsapp or any other kind of authentication.

I used this app in Bishkek and was negatively surprised. many drivers doesn't know the city sometimes at all and just follow route yandex go is offering... the price could be 2.5 times more to the same address from same location ... there were plenty taxi services around Bishkek in previous years so the customer can freely choose from. Now taxi dictates whether customer will be taken and the price is different every time for the same destination.

Horrible! The app had a bug debiting my (usual) card, so I was stuck at night without a chance to call a taxi. It was not possible to contact support and resolve the problem - all my questions remained unanswered. Absolute decay of service due to absence of competition.

The app works well most of the time. There was a time when it locked me out (in Yerevan) and I could not get back in. I had to use another phone with another number, and reinstall the app. That was quite inconvenient. Otherwise, the app works well.

Never works properly, endless bugs. Can't even make a charge from my card. The GPS doesn't work. The least intuitive application I've ever used. If I also took into account the quality of service YandexTaxi provides, the app would get a zero.

i had used it before 4years. there was no cancelling that time. i mean it is very bad for driver. example, when customer order taxi and car has arrived and customer can cancel just like that. and all drivers were very annoyed. other taxis app. there is some money should transfer from customer to driver. if driver has reached or covered some distance.

Update: I stopped using Glovo, I switched to Wolt. Glovo keeps double charging and they won't give you refund until you follow up for weeks. Updated: they just waste your time when you contact them for support, don't bother with their service. This is scam! They steal from people. You pay for the plus subscription but then the next month it does not work and you don't get the points and you can't activate it without raising a case with them, and then they won't give you the points.

In Moldova, it’s almost impossible to get a taxi if you want to pay by card. Either the drivers don’t show up and wait for you to cancel the order, or they call and ask you to refuse it yourself. Sometimes they even accept the ride but keep turning their GPS off so it looks like they’re nearby when they’re not. Then they give you 1.5 eur as an excuse.. A complete disgrace.

I’ve been subscribed to Yandex Plus for about 5 months. For the last 2 months, I haven’t been receiving any points, even though they’ve been charging me 9,999 each month. I contacted customer service, but they haven’t been helpful—they just keep telling me to uninstall and reinstall the app, which I’ve already done.

I tested Yandex Go in Usbekistan using two different phones: one registered with a European phone number and another with a local phone number. For the exact same route, the prices were different — much higher with the European number, and there were fewer taxi options. This kind of pricing difference feels like cheating and unfair treatment of customers.

This is one of the worst delivery/taxi apps I've ever used! - No menu option to repeat order from the history - No option to tip the courier - Every activation bombards with unrelated promo actions, even when you have an active order! - No "recently purchased" list when browsing shops/restaurant's menu - When browsing categories, closing them brings to main menu Guys, do you even think about your clients?

Change my rating from 5 to 3 stars because too many bugs and incorrect mapping. Yesterday I couldn't tip the driver because my app kept showing that the driver will arrive in 2 minutes still after 2 hours of my arrival to the destination. The map and positions are ridiculously wrong. The discrepancy sometimes is over 700 meters. If Yandex can't set up a proper map, they should use Google Maps that are very accurate. We were searching for the cemetery entrance. but streets didn't exist on yandex

Message limit exceeded try again later... For two days!!! Thank you for wasting my time. Update. Registration was fixed and Telegram option was added. However they keep adding features to the app and it now cashes my phone. I wan't simple app for taxi service. zI don't want other services which should be in separate apps. I don't want to see advertising which is not relevant to me. As result I use Yandex Taxi only when other apps don't have cars around. Well done for pushing away a customer.

Yandex Armenia. Today I ordered a comfort category taxi. The car was crashed in front and at the back, I had to take the taxi as I was in a hurry. I'm paying to receive a really comfortable driving, not the one in the crashed car. I demanded for refund or free rides equal to the ride amount, I was rejected both. As the service is totally unaware of the cars conditions, tomorrow you may order a taxi which for example would have gas issues, it means maybe you're paying for your potential death...
