The app is fine overall but please show the driver the ride fares before they accept the ride. Every driver calls to ask the fare, says it's too low and then asks to cancel. If we cancel the ride after this, the fare automatically increases few rupees for the next ride. The driver doesn't cancel ride because they cannot until they start the ride. Your driver side app doesn't show the fares to the rider and this hurts the customer's experience.

I'm really frustrated with Yango. why this app doesn't notify us when a driver cancels our ride, or why it keeps confusing us with that map. Not just once or twice. I've experienced this over 7 times. Another thing: I've had to wait almost 30 minutes for a taxi, and the app runs incredibly slow. It's not just about marketing, pricing deals, or whatever; they should care more about people's experience and opinions.

Today I booked a ride from Gulshan to Nazimabad, but the driver was extremely unprofessional, using inappropriate language while driving and speaking to me in a shouted tone. He also refused to follow the map directions, instead taking his own route, which made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. When I tried to correct him, he responded rudely and shouted at me without provocation. As a result, I'm reducing my rating of this app from 5 stars to 2 stars.

As a yango car owner, this is the most useless app. filled the car with N$1300, when it was empty, I hadn't even reached N$1300. some customers are rude, and the distances are too long at times with small fees, and the balance reaches negative 50 quickly. loading 100 will last you one day. taxi better

Disappointed! I booked a cheaper listed car. But customer service cancelled the booking and recommended a more expensive alternative. The cheaper option remains listed on the app just to attract more customers, I guess.

I am writing to report a disappointing experience with a recent ride booking on your platform. I booked a ride on through the Yango app. The booking was accepted by a driver, but unfortunately, the driver never arrived to pick me up. Despite confirming the ride, I was left waiting without any communication from the driver or Yango. This caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my plans.

I booked my first ride today & got upgraded to premium! The app helped me find a ride in just 2 mins, even late at night. The car looked amazing! The driver was very kind, very helpful and didn't complain or grumble about my baggage. Kudos to Mr. Muhammad Nawaz. Keep up the good work! (In other apps, if riders realize the trip/distance is short, they delay for a long time to keep you waiting so you'll be forced to cancel. And other drivers grumble. But in Yango, I wasn't disappointed. )

Everytime I use this app, the drivers call to ask where I am and where am I going. Does the location not work? this is difficult especially if you're only visiting in the country and you don't even speak their language. Some drivers can be impatient. Please fix The app also chooses rides that are very far for your pickup. This is unfair on the passenger (their time) and the drivers (travelling a distance for the "affordable" rate). Try to be considerate when locating drivers.

very disappointed riders demand more than settle fair on app and app also doing fraud in fairs . I just book a ride on that time the price show is less but when I am reached the app also show higher price . Indrive is the best riding app .but Yango my first experience is very bad and disappointed

The maps are not friendly enough. I can't search for places that I know they exist on Google Maps. can't insert Google Maps address or location as destination and the maps colors are fade, makes it difficult to see the map. Driver maps are information less. Otaxi maps were much better. Please fix this thing.

whenever I book a ride the driver always takes a wrong turn which causes delay. I have cancelled the ride several time because of this reason. I had planned something and because of this I missed my other ride thanks to the driver not being able to follow the directions. with the amount you pay the drivers should have some sense of direction. very bad service

Less than satisfactory experience with Yango so far. I have used the bike as well as cars. The drivers lack basic courtesy and customer service as compared to In-drive drivers. Before onboarding drivers, Yango should screen them and provide some basic customer service training. Some of them are giving a bad name to your company. But hey, the fares are cheaper.

Drivers always refuse to go to Level 1 parking at Mall of Oman, it was the designated area for taxis but your drivers are always complaining that going down will take time, the way going down is traffic, but booking from and going to Mall of Oman is only from Level 1 so why they will still call and start saying that its traffic, it will take time etc. and ask the customers to go all the way to Level 3 or just cancel..

I am writing to report a disappointing experience with a recent ride booking on your platform. I booked a ride through the Yango app. The booking was accepted by a driver, but unfortunately, the driver picked me from the exact location after that in the middle of the road he said that he remembered that he wouldn't get any bonus from yango if he picked a passenger from the same location that he went a week ago. and he left in the middle of the road saying that he will not get any bonus.

Initially, the app was good and the riders were well behaved. However, after some time they decided not to arrive at my destination and wanted me to pay them extra than the amount offered in the app. When we don't comply with their request, they start acting aggressive. The start of this was good but I'm certain that it will not go well in the future if that's how your riders would be

This is the worst taxi app that I have come across, 1 star is only so that i can post a review. I really doubt if this is merely a technical glitch or a scam because often I end up getting late payment notifications like 30 mins to 1 hour delay after a ride, when the driver has already made me pay through cash or card, why because Yango app payment network did notify the right time and drivers want their payment instantly.

I booked a Yango ride that showed the car arriving in just 2 minutes, but it actually took much longer than the allocated time. Later, during payment, the app showed 16 waiting minutes and charged extra — even though the delay wasn’t from our side. Very disappointed... What’s more concerning is that drivers don’t seem to know Yango’s contact info or who they work for. That really questions the service’s professionalism and reliability.

The app is convenient and intuitive but use-wise is bad, needs a lot of improvement. It takes almost or always half an hour to find a taxi who will accept my request. And everytime there is a taxi assigned, the taxi driver complains the gps location is very inaccurate and they wait for the passenger in the wrong pick up location which makes the ride awkward because they follow the gps and it's different from the actual pick-up location. Please improve on these points.

Yango is a convenient app. However, there are often times where drivers are given inaccurate locations, or the location shown to the users continously shift between various locations which does not allow us, as customers, to guess how long they will take to arrive. Additionally, many of the Yango drivers make women feel unsafe as they make inappropriate comments. Other than that, with a bit of fine tuning, it can be a truly amazing service.

It is good. Drivers arrive on time. But sometimes the rate thing irritates me for example, the fare sums up to 142 rs/-🙂 Like it's a frustrating thing that sometimes we don't have 5 rupees or just feel bad able giving 140 rupees and sometimes cheery on top we have a problem with our online paying methods. Kindly it'd be better if the prices were somewhat somehow easy to pay, like round figures. The best thing is the discount 👌✨️ but again the roundup problem. Overall a very good experience ✨
