Disappointed! I booked a cheaper listed car. But customer service cancelled the booking and recommended a more expensive alternative. The cheaper option remains listed on the app just to attract more customers, I guess.

The maps are not friendly enough. I can’t search for places that I know they exist on Google Maps. can’t insert Google Maps address or location as destination and the maps colors are fade, makes it difficult to see the map.
