So the FIRST100 discount coupon is a catch. You have to buy R450+ worth if you are a first time buyer on the app in order to get R100 off. So this is the catch and how their attract they. Besides that, I thought the app is convenient i can buy my baby's purity's from here and more. Now just to realise there is a catch. I might as well go out to the shops and get these things myself for cheaper then R450 +. Where i was avoiding to go outside in the cold. Very annoyed at this shame!.

Worst delivery app I didn't even get my food got charged for it and no support team that actually answers the phone the line oa Always busy and in-app chat is trash all in all trash experience
The servers are slow, the orders can be stolen,they take forever to deliver, the support team can be helpful, 1 star rating because they kept promising to issue a refund for a stolen order but they have never acknowledged it in writing nor have ever made the refund AND I have to make calls on EVERY single order to ensure its delivered and, the order could stay on wait for hours never to be delivered...
Use with caution. Items will go missing and you won't get refunded for them. Wouldn't wish their customer support on anyone.
Not at all trust worthy, I ordered products from Yassir and didn't receive a few they called and said they would refund me it's 2 weeks later now and the 3rd time I've called and asked for the refund and again they extend they refund prosse followed up with excuses. My opinion stick to known brands these guys are a scam!!!!
you, yassir, need to sort out the legal issues for your drivers; e.g. your drivers can't pick up customers from la gare router.. etc. otherwise your service is very good. all the best
I was having a good experience with this application but lately it become worce giving it 2 stars for hoping to make their service good my last order that happened today after 2 hours of wait it got cancelled automatically and hope to get my refund for 103 dh as I payed with credit card.
THEEE BEST ever. I ordered grocery today and it arrived in less than 30 minutes which was AMAZING! Definitely recommend and on Tuesdays you get 50% all fresh produce and Sundays free delivery... the location service on the app need to be improved I couldn't select my address I ended up using my neighbours' but the driver communicated well and was able to reach my location
The prices are horrible and very expensive compared with other companies like Hetetch.....The condition of the cars and drivers are not professional. You should update your terms and conditions accordingly.
I have had the App for over a week now, I have not been able to order anything because the App crashes every time when I get to the checkout stage.
going to the store and getting the order myself is way more efficient because it saves way much time and saves the money, like the order takes about 2 hours to be delivered, i do not advise people to use it it's so bad
Love using Yassir. but my issue on my new phone - please can this first 100 be removed. I used it and no longer valid. As it's the landing page when you open the app, I cannot move onto the buying as the crosses or OK for the coupon interfere with the operational buttons on my smartphone and closes the app. Therefore,no buying can occur. the design of the coupon is badly placed .
ok please add a notification for when a taxi accept your order, sometimes i forget to cancel and then i find a taxi that accepted the order and i don't even know about him until he calls me. also add a cancel the drive button
One of the worst experiences with this failed app. They made me wait for an hour and a half and canceled the order without justification the first time. Then I ordered again and they canceled it after two hours.They said later, "Ooooo, we didn't find anyone to reach your location." 😳😒
This is absolutely unacceptable! I waited FOUR hours for my order only to have it canceled without any explanation, and I still haven’t received my refund. I called customer support with no answer, and when I tried the chat, the agent was rude and completely unhelpful. This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a delivery app unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful to customers up to know didn't get my money back .
be careful when you order food from a place on Yassir. The app might display unavailable products, lets you pay for them using your card then allows the restaurant to cancel the order without immediate and real reimbursement. They said they would pay me back later on but using the app card. I will come back here if they don't.
User Interface is glitching, excessively I paid full price for my order but my order was missing an item, my chicken and ontop of that it took them 1hr42m for them deliver my order when they promised in sixty min max. I asked for a refund for my missing item they did, even that refund was shorter than the price of my missing items like what is wrong, I'm way beyond satisfied. I'd like my refund, the prices are good but not worth suffering after paying so much.
