So the FIRST100 discount coupon is a catch. You have to buy R450+ worth if you are a first time buyer on the app in order to get R100 off. So this is the catch and how their attract they. Besides that, I thought the app is convenient i can buy my baby's purity's from here and more. Now just to realise there is a catch. I might as well go out to the shops and get these things myself for cheaper then R450 +. Where i was avoiding to go outside in the cold. Very annoyed at this shame!.

The servers are slow, the orders can be stolen,they take forever to deliver, the support team can be helpful, 1 star rating because they kept promising to issue a refund for a stolen order but they have never acknowledged it in writing nor have ever made the refund AND I have to make calls on EVERY single order to ensure its delivered and, the order could stay on wait for hours never to be delivered...

Not at all trust worthy, I ordered products from Yassir and didn't receive a few they called and said they would refund me it's 2 weeks later now and the 3rd time I've called and asked for the refund and again they extend they refund prosse followed up with excuses. My opinion stick to known brands these guys are a scam!!!!

you, yassir, need to sort out the legal issues for your drivers; e.g. your drivers can't pick up customers from la gare router.. etc. otherwise your service is very good. all the best

I was having a good experience with this application but lately it become worce giving it 2 stars for hoping to make their service good my last order that happened today after 2 hours of wait it got cancelled automatically and hope to get my refund for 103 dh as I payed with credit card.
