I've tested a bunch of calorie tracking and weight loss apps, and YAZIO is one of the better ones I've found. The AI-powered calorie estimates are pretty accurate, and I like how it syncs with my fitness tracker to get a more complete picture. The meal planning and recipe features are also super handy. On the downside, the app can feel a bit overwhelming at first with all the different tools and settings. And the premium subscription is kind of pricey if you don't need all the advanced features. But overall, it's a solid option if you're looking to improve your eating habits and lose weight in a sustainable way.

Description

Been using YAZIO: AI Calorie Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you track calories, do intermittent fasting, and reach your weight goals. Pretty solid if you’re into health and fitness apps.

Here’s what you can do – you can log your meals, track macros, and get AI-powered calorie estimates. There’s also a built-in food database with tons of options. And the app has a bunch of other features like workout plans and progress tracking. Took me a little while to figure it all out but it’s pretty useful once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re trying to lose weight or get healthier, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit cluttered at times – but overall it does a really good job of helping you make smarter food choices. Worth checking out for sure.

Terrible application. Most of the time the current day does not even load, making it so you cannot track your calories. I purchased the pro version. The developers do not...

Truly disappointed with the newest update, makes everything complicated, food searches take forever to load, and the days are all wacky, some days won't come up, some are repeated. When...
