just had the worst experience with this app - tried it for the first time. booked a spa massage and they cancelled it without intimation even though I used up a Rs 500 discount coupon on the booking and now the customer care team keeps on asking to wait for a call from the relevant team. very unprofessional. probably never going to use this again and going back to good old urban company. never had such an experience with UC. man I just wanted a massage, ended up more tensed

I strongly advise against using this app or its services. The platform displays one price at the time of booking and charges a different amount during payment. The doctor's consultati experience is also very disappointing. The timer starts even before the doctor joins, and ends exactly on time, which means 10–15 minutes are lost just waiting. The doctor barely chats for 10 minutes, mostly just asking questions. By the time results are discussed, the session ends and you’re asked to pay again.
Korean Roll-On Wax I recently booked a Korean roll-on wax service (full arms, full legs, and underarms) and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. This wax is not suitable for sensitive skin. The procedure caused severe irritation, rashes, and even lumps, making it extremely painful and uncomfortable. There should be a pre-oil or gel application recommended before using this wax to reduce its harsh effects, but it was not suggested during my service
I dont know if they have discontinued the service of consulting with the cosmologist at just 59 but i have paid the amount and started the conversation on the other hand no agent was assigned to me and chat showed that i was conversating with them but no one was assigned. don't know what is up with them. i have availed some services before but after this I don't think i would use this app again.
I am very upset with the service this time...they have given me facial, and waxing package worth rs 849/-. but when the beautician reached told me that i have to provide the wax as it's cost isn't included in package. I was about to cancel the service but as she had arrived, I paid the extra 850 for the service. after that I paid to the technician via upi which is still showing pending amount.
service provided was completely different from service i choose. when I asked for help i didn't get solution and professional who came asked me to book service seperately and also she charged extra cash from me. and when I asked from customer care they connected me to the person who came for providing the service and on call she was fighting rudely. I guess the agent was enjoying this. it was a very bad experience for me.

Big scam. They take money ahead and nobody turned up, not even picking call. waste of time. We cannot cancel too. After calling customer support multiple times, they tell professional is not available and they will reschedule it later. All plans for the day depending on this spoilt. No professionalism. Did not even refund full amount back.
Please train your customer care support about your products and services, they are clueless about your application and products.Extremely bad allocation for expert experience.Since morning 11 i was coordinating with customer care and service expert so that my services don't get cancelled as since booking time 4 to 5 services expert had cancelled for the reason that they don't do hydra facial. dont promote something that you can't offer.app crashes a lot.lot of glitches in app and user interface
Instance1: The beautician did not know her job well. She was doing pedicure before waxing.She didn't want to use her scraper, since it would get spoilt. Instance2: last minute cancelation, by the beautician, since she wanted to come prior to the scheduled time which was NOT suitable for me.I'm a working professional I have limited time. Instance3: No response from customer care. No response on Chat. Post escalation i received almost 10 calls, spamming my phone. I'm not sure any action is taken.
Horrible policies and professionals. I tried booking for 1st time, that prof called me immediately after booking of the service and from app not on mobile. I did not got any notification, she didn't turned up for booking. I got up at 6 only for services tried reaching proff she was not approachable. customer care says they can't cancel my order unless I confirm but I refused to cancel, but with option they kept booking hanging...
Extremely disappointed and frustrated with your service today. I had specifically booked the early morning slot and even paid extra for it, expecting timely service. But no one has turned up even after more than an hour of waiting. Not a single call or update from your team — this is completely unacceptable I had planned my entire morning around this appointment and cleared my schedule, but this kind of careless attitude and zero professionalism is shocking.
After paying an extra amount for an early morning slot, the professional did not arrive at all, nor did she pick up the call. Further, on contacting support services they kept on apologizing with no concrete solution and at last they rescheduled the booking which I did not ask for. I'd suggest going to Urban Company, there's very little price difference but at least they are professional and they'll show up and do the services. UC has never disappointed me
Booking I'd 3kbbewwv5 very bad experience and recurring ones. Had booked 3 days in advance with full payment and booking confirmation for the festival and event. Yes madam did not notify me and the booking agent was removed . the booking was done with 50percent discount. and now yes madam is not assigning and changing tripplenrate for booking that to for later dates. customer care cannot understand that the requirement was for that date and time and keep insisting to book for future time.
Good app gone bad. The app in its earlier times used to be very simple, fast and easy to use. Now it takes 2-5 mins just to open the app. Sometimes it doesn't open only. Additionally, the services have also deteriorated. Why give customers the option of availing the services at 8 AM, when you just can't fulfill it?
Experience with them has been consistently degrading. They take the booking without checking who is available then play the rescheduling game. People have other work apart from the 1 hr service they booked from you. Rescheduled my service thrice and still didn't get the service done. So why did you even take the booking in the first place. Horrible experience. I recommend paying extra to Urban company for peace of mind.
worst app ever..... I Paid for elite membership... yet I've got such a bad experience. I've booked the service twice, two times my money was debited... yet the service was not booked. After a while, one of them got booked, and I got a call saying that the agent is not well to do the service. The customer support team is very worst and they would simply waste your time and will tell you to do n number of things. I will never recommend such a very highly unprofessional app and services.
Review: While the service provider was professional, caring, and did her job well, I am extremely disappointed with Yes Madam as a brand. The products they are using are of very cheap quality and unsafe. After the service, my skin got damaged, which clearly shows that the products are not up to standard. Very disappointed with the service. The salon professional was working too fast and accidentally burned my skin. I feel my money was wasted. I would not recommend or trust this app again. and while texting support.. they were just asking to wait repeatedly. very unprofessional behavior from customer support team as well.
