Initially had a bad speaker unit. Replacement was easy. Now is working well. The alarm strategies and settings are a bit difficult, but works once figured out. The system is not always stable and online. Couple times per month announcements will be delayed by several minutes, hence the 4-star rating.

The app is great, if not a bit murky. However, the customer service/tech support is beyond compare. I received a solution to my “problem” within an hour, on a SUNDAY afternoon! For those having issues, contact them, they can almost certainly help. I’m 100% satisfied. FYI, I use the temperature-humidity sensor and leak sensors.
