I’ve been using YouTube TV: Live TV & more for a couple months now. It’s basically a streaming service that lets you watch live TV from over 100 channels, without needing a cable box. There’s stuff like local news, sports, entertainment – pretty much everything you’d get with a regular cable package.
Here’s what you do: you can stream live TV on your phone, tablet, or TV. And there’s also a cloud DVR feature, so you can record shows and watch them later. And the interface is pretty intuitive – took me a little while to figure out all the different sections but it’s easy to navigate once you get the hang of it.
Look, if you’re looking to ditch cable but still want to watch live TV, this is a solid option. It’s not perfect – the DVR storage limits can be annoying and the channel selection isn’t as comprehensive as cable. But overall, it does the job and is worth checking out if you want a cable-free way to watch live TV.

So here's my honest take on YouTube TV: Live TV & more. I've tested a bunch of live TV streaming apps and this one's pretty good. The interface is user-friendly, the video quality is solid, and the cloud DVR is super convenient. And plus, you get tons of channels without having to deal with a clunky cable box. On the downside, the monthly cost adds up if you watch a lot, and the channel selection, while extensive, is still not as comprehensive as a full cable package. But if you're looking to cut the cord, this is one of the better live TV streaming options out there.
