Does not accept any payment method, I tried two credit cards that I use everyday and it declined both of them with an error message that does not further elaborate on why it was declined. Useless app and a useless service.

Can't login with the same phone number and password used with older app. Says "ran into a problem". Tried to reset password same result.....app issues should be addressed.
Zain Iq app versions 6.0.2 has not worked. When customers try log in the app, show this message 'you are offline, please check your internet connection'. I contacted by email with Zain Iraq before one week. They did not fix this problem right now. I prefer from Zain Iraq remove this application from Google store.
Very bad app very slow and froze a lot
App crashes as you open it. It's been abandoned in this state for months now. Downgrading to the previous version fixes the problem.
I tried many times to register, but it always shows (sorry ). Also, I reinstalled the application again, but unfortunately, with the same result( after I insert OTP, it shows sorry, something is wrong) what should I do to solve that ?
The application is excellent and very fast in performing tasks such as recharging, subscriptions, offers, etc. There was a strange glitch, which is the removal of daily gifts, and this thing is important. Why was it removed? I hope you will correct this problem, thank you 🤍

Can't register. Even the password matched the creteria, It keeps giving error in the password field. Try this yourself and use the strongest password ever! it doesn't work
Terrible, rushed and incomplete, whenever I try to register an account, it just says "something went wrong" without an explanation, and the lack of customer support is what's truly infuriating.
worst app and telecom company in Iraq. they deduct 300 IQD everyday from my account without any reason. not only that , when I called to customer care to know the reason, they told me that social media tariff has been activated automatically that's why money had been deducted. I asked them to deactivate it and give back my money. they replied refund is not possible. I never recommend to buy zain sim and use this app. This telecom company is thief.
Unfortunately the app doesn't work at all. I tried to use the same username and password that I created on the website but it keeps giving me an error message. Finally, I gave up and tried to create a new account on the app but then I wasn't able to activate it because when ever I put the confirmation code that I receive from Zain as a text message, I get an error message as well!!!
Terrible app, never works, always saying under maintenance. When it does work the option to recharge using debit or credit card does not work anymore due to dishonesty. The app used to work fine but in the last 6 months it is not even worth having.

The app is slow to load even when I have very good internet. Also the app does not have a lot of information that is necessary. It only wants to sell kafoo bundles. There is no information about any other services or bundles. I'm very disappointed in the app. Other mobile companies in Iraq have much better apps.
Before this was good we were able to recharge any value with international debit cards but nowadays we were not able to recharge with international debit cards it's really complicated. Actually it should be customer friendly you should allow customers to recharge using any country debit or credit credit cards. Make the application to be useful for easy recharge.
Absolutely the worst company. Customer service is unprofessional, rude, poorly trained, and just reciting scripts without listening to users. Worst of all, they force you into paid subscriptions without consent and hijack your number if you don’t keep topping up. It’s shocking they get away with this, but sadly, people in Iraq are tolerating it. Needless to say, this garbage app is as bad as their broken infrastructure.
Dear Zain Iraq team, My Galaxy S25 Ultra (model SM-S938B) is not rooted, but your app still shows a “device is rooted” warning and blocks access. Please check compatibility with Samsung devices running Android 15 / One UI 7.
It used to work perfectly the last two years but now it keeps saying (sorry something went wrong) or (the development are working the fix the problem) or something like that I mean??? When the problem is going to be fixed? It's been couple of months? update: problem is still on! when the developers are going to wake up and fix the problem???
