I don't like how I need to get new number and lose my complete account if I change my fone because it broke! and I forgot to access something in the beginning when I should be able to go onto your email for recovery about your account! it has happened 5 times to me now!!

This app is good to use it,but at the same time, u find out that it's not good to be used,Coz I think this problem of sending messages and the take long to reach out the person u have sent it to,Some times I text my friends at 11:am,and i receive their replies in the morning at 22:pm,That's the problem,Their replies reaches me in the morning when I'm even out of yesterday's conversations I think this app to be good for someone that person has to be patient enough

Amazing app and loved the UI. Its just developer needs to know why DP is not reflecting to the other person. I mean I have uploaded a new Dp and ideally it should show instantly to everyone but even after 5 hours still not showing. Repost 16-09-25: Message is not delivering to other person. I sent the message at 11 AM and it got delivered at 8:30 PM. At 8:36 I responded back and now same thing. it's not getting delivered. seems like no point of using this app.

When using vpn(any vpn), Video calls become buggy. I open video mid voice call but the other person doesn't know it or vice versa. The other party opened video while I already had video opened for a while but I couldn't see them and therefore had no idea they're also trying to open video call. I was only able to realise this issue because the other person was surprised I don't react to seeing them.

Fastest messenger around IMO. Can we get a date format fix please from dmy to mdy or at least an option to format the date to what we are accustomed to? Thanks for the great app! Been using it for a few years now and have no complaints.

Hello your app is great but the annoying part that is really frustrating me is that i created a group chat on zangi and i the creator doesn't even have administrative capabilities i cannot kick members or suspend them there is no even access to ai automations and the invitations to group is so bad you should start using links to invite people to groups. All what am saying is to make your app popular and user friendly it will be very interesting if you can add this features

I love this app so much, and I really want to keep using it.But then I'm going to have to give them one star from how they chose to manage their premium subscription! I'm signed into zangi and have an account and I paid for the subscription but then whenever I enter the app, I do not get the premium subscription badge or anything, but then when I click to resubscribe, they said that I'm already subscribed.I'm so confused.What's going on?I don't know what to do.

I have a few problems and have been emailing support for weeks without any response. it is frustrating and unacceptable as they are technical issues. I am very disappointed with the service. in the beginning I was promptly assisted. I am considering leaving Zangi.

this app sucks signal works way better than this app I only downloaded it because someone else has it as their only source of social media for some reason. which is shady in and of itself. but they are supposedly helping me with some personal matters so I'll take the help it it actually happens. anyways it won't take pictures or let you upload them. tried both but no results made sounds like they took pictures but they didn't show up on my phone or the person I was trying to send them to

good but the pictures I sent are NLT in order. Their Profiles doesnt have thlse green dot to know if they are online or not. When I delete a video I sent from my Gallery to Zangi that has been already sent, the video I share on Zangi says "No Files" and its pissing me off. The app is very great but there's so many fails about this app: the videos, the files you delete from your gallery(videos only), the green dot users without letting me know if they are online or not, etc. Pls Fix this problem.

I'm not okay with not being able to continue my review and behind five Stars I didn't realize at the time I had only so many words that I was able to use and I would be stopped. I was looking for a place for additional info should I clear completed my evaluation... since I have a little more room here I'm looking at. I'll say it now. Facebook exchange in so many positive ways than just a few years back and those short few years to change is so noticeable and appreciated, *to be continued*

used it for calls EU - Russia. worked but with a bit of drawbacks: e.g alert of the incoming call is not showing up on the screen. the ring is there but no way to answer unless you know it's Zangi (it's not obvious) , open the application and then you can answer. today the app stopped connecting: it's hangs up on "answering" step and then drops off(. do not recommend

Zangi does not deliver as promised. It takes hour's and sometimes day's to get messages, if it actually work's at all and does not always send the messages. And it does not give audio notifications, only visual, which doesn't help unless you are actually looking at the screen when a message comes in. And This is not just my experience. Many people I talk to say the same thing. I would use Zangi Business but it simply is not dependable.

I love this app! Ive been using it for many years now and its the best of its kind! Not sure what other comments are talking about on getting spam calls. ive never had anyone message me that I didnt give my Zangi number to. Anyhow, my favorite feature is how you can erase the messages youve sent on the receivers side. Thats the main reason I use this app. When you pay for it, you can erase ALL your old messages that you have sent someone at anytime, even if u dont have the log anymore on ur end.

I was supposed to give five stars but there is something that needs to be done.. your app is ok and I enjoyed it but you have to make it more understandable to know when you have been blocked by a friend so you don't keep sending messages only for you to discover it after a long period of time, is not good that way , you can make it in a way that it shows can't send message in that way someone will understand good luck 🤞

good app, I have used it before, absolutely rubbish customer support and communication from them, I accidentally uninstalled the app and couldn't remember my private number for it then I found that and it keeps telling me it's a invalid account. I contacted customer service and still no replies after 3-4 days so far.

I installed this just to ask why this is called a "secure" app when the required permissions it needs to run on your device, just under the "other" category looks like a list longer then the OS itself requires? Why are more and more apps requiring more and more unnecessary access to every part of my device and describing themselves as "secure" ? No thanks.

Issues with people I let on, more than the service. Have had couple of scammers, once they have your number they never quit. Had to get several accounts to get rid of them, blocking doesn't work. Maybe a restrict instead of block? They think they are connected but are not. Otherwise a great app. 5stars despite my problems. Just have to be mire careful I guess.

Hands down the best app to use in slow internet connections. Best app to use when travelling to countries with slow and restricted internet. On low data setting... this app out performs everything else I used. The app does have a few annoying bugs.... but it is a small price to pay... when other apps fail due to connectivity issues... this app performs... Update. This app went downhill in the last couple months. Video chats no longer work. Calls don't show up... always shows me a missed call.

It's a pretty good app, everything seems to work BUT, with iPhone, you can hang up via Bluetooth. Using android, you have to search for the damn app, open it, find the phone call then hit the red hang up button, pain in the A$$. You might have to reboot several times to get your connection to work but OK when it actually does.
