I don't like how I need to get new number and lose my complete account if I change my fone because it broke! and I forgot to access something in the beginning when I should be able to go onto your email for recovery about your account! it has happened 5 times to me now!!
This app is good to use it,but at the same time, u find out that it's not good to be used,Coz I think this problem of sending messages and the take long to reach out the person u have sent it to,Some times I text my friends at 11:am,and i receive their replies in the morning at 22:pm,That's the problem,Their replies reaches me in the morning when I'm even out of yesterday's conversations I think this app to be good for someone that person has to be patient enough
Amazing app and loved the UI. Its just developer needs to know why DP is not reflecting to the other person. I mean I have uploaded a new Dp and ideally it should show instantly to everyone but even after 5 hours still not showing. Repost 16-09-25: Message is not delivering to other person. I sent the message at 11 AM and it got delivered at 8:30 PM. At 8:36 I responded back and now same thing. it's not getting delivered. seems like no point of using this app.
When using vpn(any vpn), Video calls become buggy. I open video mid voice call but the other person doesn't know it or vice versa. The other party opened video while I already had video opened for a while but I couldn't see them and therefore had no idea they're also trying to open video call. I was only able to realise this issue because the other person was surprised I don't react to seeing them.
Fastest messenger around IMO. Can we get a date format fix please from dmy to mdy or at least an option to format the date to what we are accustomed to? Thanks for the great app! Been using it for a few years now and have no complaints.
Hello your app is great but the annoying part that is really frustrating me is that i created a group chat on zangi and i the creator doesn't even have administrative capabilities i cannot kick members or suspend them there is no even access to ai automations and the invitations to group is so bad you should start using links to invite people to groups. All what am saying is to make your app popular and user friendly it will be very interesting if you can add this features
I love this app so much, and I really want to keep using it.But then I'm going to have to give them one star from how they chose to manage their premium subscription! I'm signed into zangi and have an account and I paid for the subscription but then whenever I enter the app, I do not get the premium subscription badge or anything, but then when I click to resubscribe, they said that I'm already subscribed.I'm so confused.What's going on?I don't know what to do.
I have a few problems and have been emailing support for weeks without any response. it is frustrating and unacceptable as they are technical issues. I am very disappointed with the service. in the beginning I was promptly assisted. I am considering leaving Zangi.
this app sucks signal works way better than this app I only downloaded it because someone else has it as their only source of social media for some reason. which is shady in and of itself. but they are supposedly helping me with some personal matters so I'll take the help it it actually happens. anyways it won't take pictures or let you upload them. tried both but no results made sounds like they took pictures but they didn't show up on my phone or the person I was trying to send them to
good but the pictures I sent are NLT in order. Their Profiles doesnt have thlse green dot to know if they are online or not. When I delete a video I sent from my Gallery to Zangi that has been already sent, the video I share on Zangi says "No Files" and its pissing me off. The app is very great but there's so many fails about this app: the videos, the files you delete from your gallery(videos only), the green dot users without letting me know if they are online or not, etc. Pls Fix this problem.
