This app has been really good for earning sats, and I've had no trouble cashing out, but now all of my games have disappeared and cannot be accessed from the app, so I can't play (and earn) any of them (they can be played, but if not launched through the app there are no rewards). Sent in a ticket but haven't gotten a response. Hope this gets fixed soon, I'd like to be able to play. :(

(edit), so instead of allowing me to get my money you just take it and give zero notice? you people running this app are super shady and making up rules as u go along sure won't keep the customers coming. got locked out and was never able to recover my sats I sent a long time stacking, been a loyal customer for almost a year but didn't stop them from taking over my account. what a waste support did little to no help, it's your app.... you guys run it and make it work the way it does.
Downloaded the app last year been going ok. Some games work fine and I earn my sats, others not so much, so I just stuck with what works. Used to be able to cash out no problem just connect whatever address, but now you have to verify ID. I tried to verify and kept getting an error, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing. So think I'm done was fun while it lasted.
The app was working fine in the beginning, but now it's not allowing me to login. The app says they found a problem with my account. I reached out to support, and they told me they are unable to give me an account, but I've had the account for months. I can't even withdraw my accumulated sats from my account. It's funny that you mentioned me emailing you about this dilemma. I did, and in return I was instructed to reach out on the app because you people can't help people through email.
I was really enjoying this app. then all of a sudden, all the games I was playing were gone. and the only thing left was 3 games I had previously installed and couldn't earn from. whatever happened, it's really got me frustrated. I Uninstalled ZBD and reinstalled, did not change a thing. and now there is only 2 games available to even install and play. I'm very disappointed.
I have been trying to sign up for an account through my email and Google account, and neither one are working. It says there's an account issue and I don't even have an account with them. It says to contact Customer Support, which is AI chat and very unhelpful. The AI answer was that after careful review, they still found issues or something to that effect. I'm very disappointed because I have several games that use the ZBD wallet to transfer sats to and they don't seem to take Coinbase.
What's the point of playing games to earn sats if I keep getting rejected. There is no reasoning as to why i was rejected, just that I wait over a week in pending, and then see that I was rejected. Trying to contact them doesn't work. They'll just repeat what they say on here to waste your time after you go into detail on what happened to get it resolved.
Most of the apps you to download are either poorly optimized or just straight up not safe. I only used this because I had a spare android phone that I didn't care about. They're asking for your biometric data now which is -not safe- for a company like this to have. however, before today that was only to "speed up their payments", so it didn't bother me as much. Lastly, the payouts were always laughably slow - weeks to get pennies, now they block you if you don't have biometrics set up.
Loved the app. Have used it for a long time but wanted to withdraw so I had to verify. verification was accepted and passed and now for the last week I've been unable to log in. I get an error that there is a problem with my account. I contacted support but if I don't reply quickly enough then they close the ticket and I have to start all over. that's frustrating. three stars off for my time and frustration.
never had any problems getting rewards thru playtime until recently. I completed and was paid for every milestone on coin master except the last one for completing level 200. after I completed level 200 it said reward was under review for 7 days and at the end of those 7 days it said rejected. I dont understand why cause I haven't done anything different than ever before. and there's no way to reach customer support. playtime customer support says its paid on their end so its zbd at fault
