Horrible! No Live customer support to speak with. The website and app is not user friendly at all.

The latest update ruined the app. Every time I talk using the actual phone, Zello shows the microphone icon crossed, and says something else is using the microphone, and I have to restart Zello in order to unblock it. Haven't found any other way to do it. It wasn't like this before the last couple of updates, it was working perfectly, so this is a new bug. I'm only rating it this low to get the developer's attention, it's an awesome app with some fixable bugs that are ruining it for the moment.

It used to be good, but the latest version is "broken": playing messages from history view has bugs: screen scrolls not correctly (the currently playing message is not on screen), also messages are marked as "new" though were already listened.

I love zello, used for over 10 years & was always brilliant but the latest update has ruined it slightly as I have the overlay button over a dispatch app & every time I need it moved the button deletes, I cannot see any benefit on update just to see how long ago you last spoke.

Sofar I like it, could be a little simpler to use but overall I think its a good app. This walki talki app worked better than my actual walki talkis.

Very convenient application. Word to Zello... Don't sell out to advertising! Amazing communication, faster than text or calls... And I can replay my voice messages... come on!! Excellent work Thanks Zello!!

After 5 minutes, it stops streaming my voice message in real time, and I hate that. It also stops at 1 hour and 5 minutes and 32 miliseconds. Please fix this. I talk about important things and I hate when it stops at 5 minutes.

I've never seen such an intrusive app. Everytime i restart the phone, this app goes online by itself. The acces to my battery is restricted and still it goes on. This is very wrong! Apart from this irritating issue, the rest is ok.

Need to fix unexpected Application exits. Happens way too often - unable to contact Wife and Son because their Zello application exited and must be manually restarted (neither are stopping it or purposely exiting). Please Fix abnormal exits - or develop 'watcher daemon' to periodically restart missing application processes. Otherwise app is great (if it just stayed running).

I recently started using Zello and see its value, but it’s not very user-friendly. First, it often switches from Available to Busy on its own, ruining real-time walkie-talkie use. Second, it’s hard for elderly or non-technical people to learn. Also, when pressing the talk button, it isn’t clear you’re recording—only small seconds show. The button should turn green when active and red when stopped for clear feedback.
