Been using Zen Garden Color By Number for a couple months now. It’s basically a coloring book app inspired by Zen gardens – you get these calming black and white line art images and you just fill them in with colors. Pretty solid app if you’re into that kind of relaxing, meditative stuff.

Here’s what you do: there’s a bunch of different Zen-themed images to choose from, and you just tap on the areas to fill them in with colors. There’s also a bunch of preset color palettes if you don’t feel like mixing your own shades. And you can zoom in and out to get more precise with the coloring. Took me a while to figure out all the features but it’s pretty intuitive once you get the hang of it.

Look, if you’re into adult coloring books or just want a chill, mindful activity, you’ll probably like this. horrible resolution. looks like 1980's pixels. I really liked the zen looking scenes, but the quality of the résolution made it impossible to paint. opposite of calm.
