don't even waste your time downloading this stupid app. face lock whatever doesn't work and you need it to secure your account

Never consider this app if you want transparency and quick transactions. For over a month, I have been battling with my balance. Once my tron is out of Zengo, I'll never use it again. Then I'll discourage everyone else

This app is the most unreliable app I have ever used. Was not able to move funds out of the account for nearly a month because of bugs in the app! Finale was able to move funds again, but only 1 of 2 transactions finished. Now 1 is stuck again, not able to stop the pending transaction because of issues in the app. Once and if I get the rest of the funds out of the wallet it goes straight to the garbage. Nothing here that is positive, not even the customer service. Updates on app take for ever.

The app is so secure that it's not possible to create a wallet. I've tried several times, clicked in the link in the email (tried both of them), but after that the app is going back to the main screen and the process has to be done again. UPDATE: I've contacted customer service, after exchanges a few emails they weren't able to help, said that the engineer will have to contact with me but so far nothing. I'm not sure if I would leave my funds in a wallet without any support.

can't connect to my account since many years. I start using zengo on a PC and on my phone (2020). Then my PC stopped to work after a fire in my office. I came back to zengo via my phone in 2024 but was not able to connect. I request help but nothing was helpful, basic things like reinstall zengo etc... I was able to find the backup file and copy it on Google Drive manually because I had delete it in the past... I request help but up to today, after a lot of request, zero help or responses. Sad.

Actual scam app. All the high ratings are bots. Don't trust this app or the developers for it, it's a known scam app, if you deposit your money inside you can say goodbye to them - no amount of fake 24!7 support or emailing will help you get them out, it's all a somewhat wellmade farce that makes it impossible to swap/sell your crypto. Also, when I called their support scammers in their face the app restricted me from opening half of the things inside, including the whole "support" page.

can't send any currency to a wallet. My wallet has sufficient gas. I contacted support. They have no idea what they are doing. They stole my money and won't even let me transfer off my crypto. Totally criminal.

Using Zengo for the first time to process swapping BTC to ETH was quite revealing. In 3 taps and a minute later, the swap was complete. Not only that, the cost was less than $1. Zengo will be my new crypto home. Big thank you, Zengo 😊

Tried signing up with one of my emails and it kept trying to force me to use my google email...Over & over again....Very frustrating

glitchy, I entered the email then received it and clicked to confirm the link and it tells me the link is invalid the time has expired.. but in fact it didn't expire in 10 seconds.. I did it 3 times and the same error.. the version is the latest, newly installed app.

zengo makes everything in crypto easy. very organized very easy to find and determine cryptocurrencies. on top of that there are several buy options for purchase. So far I enjoy it better than any crypto wallet I've encountered, which I'm no expert by any means but in the past a crypto wallet could be really complicated, this puts all of that to rest.

How can I register my account if it keeps on saying that the link has timed out ? It's not even 15 seconds when I click the top to confirm. I already tried many attempts just to register.

MAN, it's glitching! I put in my email, got the email, clicked the link to confirm, and it says it's invalid and expired, but it hasn't even been ten seconds. I tried it like, three times, and it's still the same error. I just installed the newest version of the app, too.

Good choice, doesn't require a insane amount of information from a user, security is okay in terms of free i dont think the options should be paid for but never the less still good security. Received takes a little but comes through normally same as send although I think sending taxes which is most unfortunate. Overall good app and crypto management, wallet could be easier as they make your specific wallet info kinda hard to find.

unable to create the backup kit. uninstall, reinstall, unable to login and everytime i try to create an account with a different email it says there is already an account associated with that email (there isnt, i even created a brand new email and tried it to only get the same results). app isnt usable

Do you seriously mean that you offer a higher level of security only in the Pro version, i.e. to users who have the paid version? Fortunately, I use Binance and I only have to use Zengo because of my friend’s preference, so I will not be using your app regularly out of my own choice. If I had to decide on a crypto wallet, Zengo would definitely not be it, thanks to your pricing policy (fees) and these security tricks you impose on users of the basic version.

Even though Zengo doesn't require KYC. If you don't complete their 3 step recovery kit. You won't be able to recover your wallet when you delete the app, or if you get a new phone. It requires giving them a 2nd email, which is fine but extra work. The 3rd is requiring Facial I.D. I'll take my recovery seed phrase instead. Thanks, but no thanks. Zengo has a educational video playlist on PodcastAddict. Best education I've ever received. They got me into crypto, I will always be grateful.

So far I think the app/service is well done, I like the layout and it's easy to navigate. Unfortunately I don't believe this is the crypto app for me, mostly because the minimum is $100 and that's just way more than I'm willing to spend, although that's more of a person finance issue and not their fault, it's just a shame. Other than that, I would say the biggest (CON) for me is the app will say oops error and I have to close and reopen, in order to go back to where I was.

Keeps saying "oops! Something went wrong. Try later", upon setting up screen lock. Can't do anything with the app from there. Have tried multiple times. Also, rather than a device screen lock, an app access PIN would be preferable, which one could set up in the app settings. And a web3 interface would be nice. Maybe scan QR code with phone to access? Thanks!

This - in my opinion - *highly underrated* crypto wallet has definitely become my go-to for a number of different reasons - and I'm really glad I decided to go ahead and dive a bit deeper than just the surface when I initially downloaded ZenGo at the beginning of the year (2022). Overall, I am really happy with this wallet, as it supports a plethora of different coins and tokens, you can buy/sell and it also contains a swap feature. Exceeds my expectations by far!
