don't even waste your time downloading this stupid app. face lock whatever doesn't work and you need it to secure your account
Never consider this app if you want transparency and quick transactions. For over a month, I have been battling with my balance. Once my tron is out of Zengo, I'll never use it again. Then I'll discourage everyone else
This app is the most unreliable app I have ever used. Was not able to move funds out of the account for nearly a month because of bugs in the app! Finale was able to move funds again, but only 1 of 2 transactions finished. Now 1 is stuck again, not able to stop the pending transaction because of issues in the app. Once and if I get the rest of the funds out of the wallet it goes straight to the garbage. Nothing here that is positive, not even the customer service. Updates on app take for ever.
The app is so secure that it's not possible to create a wallet. I've tried several times, clicked in the link in the email (tried both of them), but after that the app is going back to the main screen and the process has to be done again. UPDATE: I've contacted customer service, after exchanges a few emails they weren't able to help, said that the engineer will have to contact with me but so far nothing. I'm not sure if I would leave my funds in a wallet without any support.
can't connect to my account since many years. I start using zengo on a PC and on my phone (2020). Then my PC stopped to work after a fire in my office. I came back to zengo via my phone in 2024 but was not able to connect. I request help but nothing was helpful, basic things like reinstall zengo etc... I was able to find the backup file and copy it on Google Drive manually because I had delete it in the past... I request help but up to today, after a lot of request, zero help or responses. Sad.
Actual scam app. All the high ratings are bots. Don't trust this app or the developers for it, it's a known scam app, if you deposit your money inside you can say goodbye to them - no amount of fake 24!7 support or emailing will help you get them out, it's all a somewhat wellmade farce that makes it impossible to swap/sell your crypto. Also, when I called their support scammers in their face the app restricted me from opening half of the things inside, including the whole "support" page.
can't send any currency to a wallet. My wallet has sufficient gas. I contacted support. They have no idea what they are doing. They stole my money and won't even let me transfer off my crypto. Totally criminal.
Using Zengo for the first time to process swapping BTC to ETH was quite revealing. In 3 taps and a minute later, the swap was complete. Not only that, the cost was less than $1. Zengo will be my new crypto home. Big thank you, Zengo 😊
Tried signing up with one of my emails and it kept trying to force me to use my google email...Over & over again....Very frustrating
glitchy, I entered the email then received it and clicked to confirm the link and it tells me the link is invalid the time has expired.. but in fact it didn't expire in 10 seconds.. I did it 3 times and the same error.. the version is the latest, newly installed app.
