Description
Been using Zepp for a couple months now. It’s basically an app for tracking your fitness, health, and nutrition – especially useful if you’re into sports and working out. Pretty solid app overall.
Here’s what you do: you can log your meals by snapping a photo and it’ll tell you the calories and macros. There’s also fitness tracking like heart rate and sleep, which is pretty cool. And you can get AI-powered coaching and guidance on your training and recovery – took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into fitness and health apps, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the ads can be annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
Editor Opinion
So here's my honest take on Zepp. I've tested a bunch of fitness apps and this one's pretty solid. The nutrition tracking is super convenient, and I like how it gives you an easy overview of your health metrics. The coaching features are a nice bonus too, even if they take some getting used to. But it's not without its issues - the app can feel a bit cluttered at times, and the free version has some annoying ads. Overall though, if you're looking for an all-in-one fitness app, Zepp is definitely worth a look.
