Great training and the coaches advice section is so helpful!

No idea if this is any good, as it wouldn't let me use my 7 day free trial without giving payment details. Not good enough to say I can cancel, you don't need financial details until I agree to pay. I probably would have bought a subscription after testing (if it was any good), but I don't like the way this is done regarding payments so it's back to YouTube for training!

The ad i saw on YouTube was saying that its completely free, yet there is a limit of things you can do for free, like 3 lessons per day and 3 things you can ask their AI each day but over all great app.

This app is amazing! The coaches are so helpful and so prompt when you have a question. The education is so informative! Highly recommend!!!

it helped me learn to teach my 4 year old dog to walk better on leash. Even if she already knew how, I helped her learn better. She is a training service dog, so this app really helped with the barks distractions sitting staying coming qitha cue and more if you need an app to help you with a new puppy or an "unteachable" dog this is the app.

it is great I'm fully prepped for my puppy and know exactly how to raise him . would recommend for beginners or for people with cheeky dogs

said free parts, so loaded app. only for pups. so got rid of it. false advertising

The Zig Zag app is awesome. It helps to understand your new dog and what they're going through. It's also free.

complete waste of money ajy information given from the app or trainer isn't anything you can't get for free on Google or is just basic common sense. not worth paying for at all.

great app, I recommend a lot. Feedback, the amount of training expected is overwhelming and not possible for everyone to keep up with, it would be great to have a reduced version where it focus on the basics

Great app & a real help for new owners. One UI issue, no access to settings so can't alter/cancel training alerts so had to turn app notify off

A great app! i am training my dog and it is WONDERFUL! but the limit of 3 LESSONS A DAY is stupendous and the fact you need to upgrade to preminum TO continue without the limit is ALSO stupendous!

Great app for helping people get through raising a pup. Even if you know plenty about rearing puppies this app will help keep you articulating what you already know especially on those harder, earlier days! Grab it if you have a pup, get it through something like an Eukanuba puppy pack QR code and you'll get unrestricted app usage.

first review I really have left for an app so that's kind of a start- got a puppy and kind of clueless without reassurance so this app comes in clutch- I recommend getting a newborn tracking app for feedings, outings, potty times, sleep, etc for new puppy parents btw- BUT. I highly recommend it especially if you need reassurance like I do- doesn't hurt to download and try out !!!

Zigzag is great! As a dog lover my whole life. Also a dog owner. I know alot about dogs and training them. Downloaded for my wife after we got our 11 week old puppy. I personally am using it more than she is. Lots of great tips and explanations on my dogs behaviors and ways to work with her. I learned more in 1 week than I did owning dogs my whole life. Recommend 100%

I love the set up of the app. Support takes a little long than I like if there's a problem and I had issues getting the ride promotion applied to my account but they finally fixed it so I'll go ahead and rate it good now because it really has some great articles, an awesome training plan that they put together for my dog and I and unlimited chats with experts to guide you along the way via chat.

It's OK-ish for giving you a line to follow but does lots of assumptions about your working environment... like everyone having a backyard. It contains a lot of "cookie cutter" advice... Advice proven to be wrong in the recent years. Also, stop asking me to rate your lessons by how my pet did. My pet did fine... The lesson was bad... If I rate it as such it considers the pet failed the exercise...

Great app, WAY too expensive. I love the exposition, the way the lessons are set up, and how you can rate your pup's progress on each lesson, getting more time for him if it's need to really nail a command. There's a large selection of commands and behaviors to choose from. BUT $10 per month is exorbitant. Also, there was no price mentioned anywhere, until I was fully signed up and using the app, then suddenly it announced that after my free trial week, I would be charged $10 / month. Not cool.

Not working whatsoever. Unable to sign up on the app as I click to do so via Google and everything fades a bit but nothing happens. Can't use the app at all... When trying to sign up by email, it tells me I've already signed up... But when I go to log in absolutely nothing happens! Stuck on sign in/log in pages with no idea what the app's about.

Can't access anything, no support options. I started a subscription yesterday with a 7 day free trial before my paid sub starts and I can't access anything. It keeps redirecting me to the subscription purchase page, and restarting the app and restoring purchases has done nothing. On top of that, there's nowhere within the app to access help. I'm hoping this is a bug because it looks like it could be a good tool. As of right now, though, don't waste your time or money.
