So here's my honest take on Zinnia TV. I've tested a bunch of apps for folks with cognitive issues, and this one's definitely one of the better ones. The videos are genuinely calming and seem to do a good job of sparking reactions and conversations. And i like that it's not trying to overwhelm you with features - it's pretty focused on just delivering quality content. On the downside, the library is still a work in progress, and I did run into some crashes and bugs here and there. But for the most part, it's a solid app that I'd recommend, especially if you're caring for someone with dementia.

Description

Been using Zinnia TV for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that has all these life-enhancing videos to help support people dealing with cognitive changes and dementia. Pretty solid if you’re into that kind of thing.

Here’s what you do – there’s a whole library of videos on all sorts of topics, from hobbies to places to pets. You can just put them on and they’re designed to be soothing and engaging, even for people who might struggle with rapid images or following a plot. And the videos are supposed to help family members connect and have conversations around the content.

Look, if you or someone you know is dealing with dementia or similar issues, you’ll probably find Zinnia TV pretty useful. It’s not perfect – the video selection is still growing and the app can be a little buggy at times. But overall it does a good job of providing relaxing, therapeutic content. Worth checking out.

So far, it's pretty good. I like the content, but most of the videos are too short. I hope, as time goes by and as they expand the content, that...
